I loved the view from the aisles and all rooms facing the street and the river. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent.

Upon arrival, I was assigned room 411, which was dimly lit, furnished in an outdated style, and had a malfunctioning, noisy air conditioner, creating a rather depressing atmosphere. When I approached the receptionist to request a different room, he was unprofessional and unfriendly, making it seem like a significant inconvenience to accommodate my request. This interaction left me quite dissatisfied with my stay. However, the next morning, the day-shift receptionist was more helpful and arranged for me to move to a better room on a higher floor, which offered more natural light and a pleasant view. To elevate your hotel's excellence, it's imperative to employ receptionists who are polite, sensitive, and professional, avoiding any demeanor that suggests ownership or entitlement.

If you are in town for an event at Nationals Park this is where you want to stay. I knew that the hotel was across the street from our event but I did not realize it was THAT close, literally steps away from all the action! The views from the rooftop bar are amazing and the breakfast bar was yummy and well stocked. Every staff member I encountered was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel was in the perfect location. Close to the metro station and Nationals Park.The breakfast was,also very good. Lots of choices.

For the price that was paid it was a bit shabby and run down. The room was clean but the bed spread had strings running down, there was only one tissue left in the box and I had a spider in the bathroom. Plus they did not have a parking lot, you had to use the valet.

The hotel was very clean, and when we had a problem with the room door it was quickly fixed. The staff is very attentive.

The breakfast is very good but the area is too small for the amount of people that there are in the hotel. After people are done eating some of the do not clean up after themselves, and there are no staff member cleaning the tables that are left. I would recommend having a staff member on cleaning duty during breakfast.

Good breakfast selection, loved the fresh coffee throughout the day and the water dispenser in the lobby. Rooftop bar was a plus due to beautiful weather. Great bartenders and staff on the roof, both attentive and entertaining. The beds, as well as the sleeper sofa, were clean and comfy. There is some construction going on nearby, but it wasn't enough to bother us.

Although a great breakfast selection, it's a small space so it can get crowded easily.

Everyone was very nice and breakfast was very good.

We were in DC for a concert at the Nationals Stadium so having only one usable elevator for a full contingent of concert fans was very annoying and took forever to get to the room.

The location and easiness of valet parking. The staff was very nice throughout our stay.

Our bathroom was not the cleanest. The shower was dirty, there was trash under the sink. The complimentary lotion was used.

Valet was a little ridiculously priced for how long we had to wait to receive our car. Your lot is too far from the hotel and there was a serious language barrier with the valet service making it very difficult to communicate.

The staff was just wonderful. Everyone was gracious and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the bath soaps and lotions full and the location was great. In the AM the coffee was great (and I'm very particular) and the food was ok/good. We realize you were feeding a ton of people free breakfast

We could have used more towels. One per person is a bit skimpy.

Staff at this hotel very happy, helpful and seemed to really like their job and want to be there.

I felt like the room could have been cleaner. After sitting down on the sofa, and chair I noticed a french fry on the carpet, and a whole hair comb fell out of the cushion on the chair onto the floor. One of the cushions on the sofa had a pretty large stain on it as well. Also, I felt like the parking price of $55 per night seemed a little out of range for the location. Location is only great for taking in an event at Nationals Stadium. If you aren't going for an event there, I would chose another hotel.
