The hotel was a very modern centrally located hotel. The room was gourgous and the beds were comfy. The staff were very accommodating ordering us a taxi to the airport and serving us drinks.

The room was only accessible by lift which we found to be strange as we were a group of four staying in two separate hotel rooms and despite being located on the same floor we had to go through the lift to visit each other. This was not suiting for one of our friends as she is scared of lifts, if you’re not this is just a minor detail. There was also no luggage hold so if you are arriving before check in or departing after check out you’d have to just leave your bags in the middle of the reception desk, a dedicated area for bags could be added to improve this.

The designs were very quirky and the location was very convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful. We loved the fact that there was an area with free tea and coffee, I thought this was a lovely idea. Beds were really comfortable!

The check in time was quite late considering that we had arrived very early in the morning. The lady on the desk was nice enough to let us in at 1:30pm but we had to walk around the city from 9am until then whilst we waited. There was no mirror at the dressing table so it was a little awkward to get ready for two women.

The staff were all super helpful and kind. My son adored them all, and they were so sweet with him. The elevator was wonderful. It worked reliably and was a good size. Someone could actually fit with a wheelchair. The location was amazing. Right in front of a bus stop/tram stop, so many restaurants and shops at your doorstep. We fell in love with Nantes, and that proximity really helped.

The room was great, though a touch more accessible storage for people staying a week or more would be helpful, as would an extra fan in the summer, as the air conditioning didn't work very well.

Room was good with classic look. Location is perfect, in the center of city with all options in front of Tram, bus...restaurants, supermarket. Breakfast was good with lot of options in bread, cheese, fruits, etc. Also the unique items placed near reception & coffee machine was great.

Everything about the hotel was great, friendly staff, great room, good free coffee and teas, close to everything.

The hotel suggests a bike parking lot which is nearby. I would have liked to know in advance that I had to register online and download an app. It would have saved us a good hour standing in the parking garage trying to figure all of this out. Perhaps the automated message they send could include the necessary link and additional information.

Location, staff and bed plus blackout curtains were excellent and the view of Saint Nicholas’ Basilica was wonderful. The breakfast was great too the morning that we had it.

The windows could have been cleaned - a great view is not so hot if you can’t see bits of it clearly through accumulated grime. The fittings in the bathroom and lights in the room were badly fixed which detracted from the design hotel feel the hotel is supposed to be known for.

A lovely small modern hotel, well located in relation to major landmarks and an easy level walk from the train station. Good sized continental breakfast with omelettes on demand. Good coffee & tea complimentary 24/7 in the lounge next to the lobby (not in the room). Staff friendly and volunteered sights to see.

The doors to the rooms I suggest need a rubber strip on the bottom, as the person next to us was evidently a very heavy smoker as the smoke drifted in during the night and woke us up. I know it’s France and a lot of people smoke but this was pretty strong and I’m an ex 40 day person. Any way it was only 1 night.

Good location plus tram and bus stops directly opposite hotel, comfortable room and bed (superior room), helpful staff, small but nice lobby lounge area with free tea/coffee facilities, modern styled furnishings and fittings.

Water temp in shower a bit sporadic.

The location is great, and the building is very nice. The lounge is a nice place to rest with a cup of tea.

It would be great to have one or two treats at the lounge with the coffee/tea. A little disappointed with the breakfast, it’s very nice for a regular breakfast, but it should have some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Great location. Good staff.

In loft room.on top floor which was very warm. Air con not great. We stayed 4 nights and asked to move but the team could not accommodate a change to a lower floor.
