The hotel has been designed with an ecological perspective in mind, and we truly loved our stay there. It offers a great deal of privacy and isn’t overrun by tourists (yet), making it a peaceful stay. The location is very close to a charming small town and is situated right on the lake. The hotel provides kayaks and bikes. Our room included a small kitchen, which was perfect for cooking our own meals. Additionally, the staff and other guests were exceptionally friendly.

Great hospitality from the family, free use of bicycles and kayaks, good location close to the lake, very nice surroundings, gated and safe appartments with security, good English speakers, good selection for breakfast (not fully self service).

Couches and chairs in the apartment are not very comfortable, instead of bed cover only blanket and sheets are available, shower could be cleaned better (limescale), a bit cold temperature in the appartment, kitchenware could be upgraded (e.g. no small plates, pan, microwave).

Magnifique birdsong in the morning and during the day :) Please consider that you need to have car to come here and to explore surroundings, which are just stunning. Very comfortable recently build rooms/homes, well and modern equipped, placed in 4 lines (we staid in Lavender line). Green, clean and very well managed territory, placed right on lake side, nature is protected and underlined in whole property. Personnel is very kind, discrete and friendly, provided all necessary info, even welcome drink :) and a list of locations where we could enjoy local food as well as location of closest grocery stores (Lidle, Conad) where you can find whatever is necessary. Many facilities which make our stay very pleasant and safe, kids anyway should be observed all the time due to lake proximity. Here you can find many places to spent time in different way - proximity to lake with wild fish, barbecue areas, wild birds which come close in the morning and during the day, well organized pools for kind and for adults, small boats, boats with pedals, bikes, which can be used free of charge during the stay, green play-ground.

Nothing, everything was just perfect and matched with our expectation. If possible choose rooms closer to lake since whole property is situated along quite busy road and sometimes you can hear it, although sound protection fence is present. Mosquitos (be ready and consider protection measures)

Amazing family run property located in the heart of a green area on the banks of a lake. Family friendly and calm, the family that runs the place and their staff are amazing and always going the extra mile to satisfy their guests. We came for a friend's wedding in the area but will definetely come back.

The site had everything to make it a perfect stay! Check in was smooth and detailed, the apartment modern and clean with lovely outdoor space, Quiet and peaceful with pool, free bike rentals and use of kayaks all for free! Everyone so friendly and helpful, thank you for an amazing 2 days

The location and the peace and quiet. Access to free bikes and the water leisure activities such as the peddalo was great

The noise of the road and traffic beside the location. A microwave would benefit the apartment.

The place is amazing, the apartments are sufficiently spacious, with a nice bathroom and functional kitchen. The swimming pool was excellent, and having access to kayaks to go to the lake was amazing. We also used the barbecue area and table tennis. All in all, amazing experience.

There were unbelievable numbers of mosquitos in the area. Be prepared.

The place is very relaxing and has a lot of things to do, especially with kids. We didn't manage to try everything because of the rainy weather. The staff is amazing. Everyone was very attending. We will be back for sure.

It was quite cold in the apartment. The kid woke up because he was feeling cold. But the hosts took care and increased the heating.
