It was on the first floor. Room was attractively decorated and it would have been nice to have coffee on the porch, but it was February.

There was no coffee maker. There was no number to call about anything that we might have needed (extra blanket).

The location was perfectly located across the street from the boardwalk and the staff was warm and friendly the entire stay. The veranda seating with small table and chairs outside each room allowed for indoor/outdoor relaxation with a beautiful breeze from the ocean . Each manor was well maintained , beach vibe rooms , and beautiful . Designated parking spots on site were greatly appreciated and made coming in and out daily worryless . The pool was clean and private and quite lovely. We will be back next time in OC.

The room we stayed in for 4 nights was very lovely.. but pretty small and the ductless split air conditioner did a decent job of keeping room fairly cool but the entire stay everything in the room felt damp which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable . We stayed on the street level so maybe this is just beach life ?

All the staff was amazing! The rooms were clean and super cute! We stayed in the cottage and it was the perfect spot for my sister and I. I loved how close it was to the beach. If we needed to run back for something we forgot or needed to drop off it wasn’t a hassle for us. We really enjoyed spending the morning on the beach and then being able to come back for a relaxing swim in the pool. Highly recommend to all!

Let me tell you this, when I book this place I thought I was getting a little room with just a bed and when I got here it was like a mansion the price was awesome.It was nice to get a good deal for a change.Ocean City is so over priced anymore so I had stopped going here.I was just looking on booking.com for a cheap getaway and came across Ocean Manor I have stayed in a lot of the hotel in O.C.and have never been here It's so nice I like coming to O.C,in the winter time because it's so quiet I have been telling my family and friends about this place too.I will be back again soon, and maybe around Thanksgiving this year.thanks again see you all again soon.

The mattress could of been a little bit better.but that's all I didn't like.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. It was in a great location and we were able to see the water from the second floor balcony that had rocking chairs on the wraparound around porch.

We had to leave 1 day early because hurricane Milton was coming and we needed to get to our condo in Bradenton FL before the hurricane hit. It would have been a nice gesture for the owner to refund our last night given the unique circumstances.

Location was great, just a block from the beach and boardwalk. The two staff members were very nice and made me feel welcome.

I was a little surprised that I had to “rent” a beach tag from them. In the past, at other hotels, I would just give a deposit to borrow a tag but didn’t actually have to pay anything. Not a big deal (just $3 a day), just a little surprised by this.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this site. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk and the downtown area. It was a park and just go kind of stay. We are looking forward to coming back real soon.

There could have been staff on site a little more than there was. Knowing that it was October when we stayed I can understand why there wasn't, but it would have been nice. Other than that everything was great.

Personable staff who made us feel at home. The view from our balcony was amazing and it’s only one block to the boardwalk! Having a guaranteed parking spot was also a bonus. The elevator made it so much easier when it came time to check in and check out with luggage. The room was so much nicer in person with a clean updated decor. It was calm and peaceful at all times thanks to their policy regarding under age guests. Best of all, they are military friendly!

The cottage was delightful and the location was perfect! The pool was right next door but had hrs so it didn't interrupt the quiet.

A little coffee maker in the room would have been an extra touch for our sunrise walk on the beach. We did find a place to get coffee up the boardwalk so probably no big deal.

Staff was very friendly. Liked the location and the pool. Booked last minute and liked the idea of booking for a few days rather than the whole week.

The elevator wasn't working, which we were aware of prior to arrival.
