I rented 2 rooms. The room I was in was excellent. Very very clean. The second room had an odor like sewage. They reported it to the clerk who said he would take care of it but did not. The room was very clean like mine but the odor was bad. They used Lysol spray that helped remove the odor for a while. When we arrived ,they had been working on the pipes ( they said) and our water in the tub was running. They cut the water off and said all was fine. The next day they reported the same problem hoping they could be moved to another room but nothing was done. I felt bad because their room was not as nice as mine because I was the one who found the hotel and made the reservations. I know they are remodeling because we had to walk a distance ( from total north end of the hotel to the south end ) to get to our rooms the second day. Being older women ,and I have to use a cane ,was a little too much. I hope that the next time we come things will be remodeled and all the rooms will be fresh.

The second room smelled like sewage and the front desk was told twice about it but the room was never checked or changed. Having to reroute getting to our room was a little hectic for seniors. (One uses a cane ) I know it is going to be nice when it is finish because the lobby and everywhere you looked were very clean and very neat.

~ Staff was very pleasant, efficient, & responsive to our needs. ~ Coffee & creamers available in lobby, coffee maker in room. ~ Very quiet, large room. Comfortable bed. ~ Convenient location, Bennigan's restaurant nearby.

~ A lot of advertising about the food available at this hotel while we were shopping for a hotel & even a tv screen with digital advertising about the food with photos in view at check in. However, there is NO restaurant and NO breakfast available. There was also no microwave in the room, although there was one in the lobby. Very misleading. No food offered is fine, but stop with the false advertising!! ~ We had a good price through Priceline, or we may have been disappointed. The room was in the middle of a remodel, so grout on the floors, etc., furniture & linens in various states of replacement. We overall had a comfortable stay & when they get everything completed (in a few months) it will probably be a better choice.

Beds were verey comfortable and the remodel was modern and welcoming.

The fact that the breakfast was closed for remodel but no notes existed saying this. Resulted in our trip costing an extra $200.00 in meals. Tornado warning/tornado scoured in town, but NO WARNING was given to the customers. 100% reliant on our phone alerts!!

Best place to stay in Dundee HANDS DOWN! Bev the reception person who checks you in is AMAZING! I have stayed there now so often we know each other by name! Melissa that works the night shift is always very willing to help me get my reservation extended and you really cant say enough good things about the people that work there they make you feel like more than a customer.

Very clean,felt safe during tornado warning! Good area for walking dogs! The bathrooms were nice and big. The air conditioner was in better spot,not in front of bed.

Not enough wastebaskets in room, Our sink had openings on the surface area,not finished, the windows was blocked on one side couldn't see out of that side. Hope after renovations, they serve a breakfast in future.

Stay here alot for work and it is definitely a great place to stay! The houskeepers are some of the hardest working people I know!!

The smell of POT daily in the hallways has to be the one thing that is frustrating! People dont adhere to the rules and it affects every other guest! Its too much at times!

Very economical, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to freeway. Excellent room darkening curtains.

Bathtub was a bit slippery. Carpet was stained. Workers had left painting materials on balcony. Outdoor courtyard not finished. Lobby dark and uninviting. We were asked for a $50 damage deposit. It was never charged, but this should have been noted in the listing.

Beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious with a full size couch and office space. New remodel happening so the facility is a work in progress, however the staff is friendly and the gym is small but mighty. I would stay again.

Remodeling in process that I was not aware of, but it was not an inconvenience.

The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean inside and out. The location is perfect because you can walk it is in walking distance to a couple different restaurants and a gas station if needed.

my only issue was the refrigerator in my room didn’t work properly & would shut off without notice. My food and drinks spoiled. I advised the staff and they took note of it, but couldn’t get it fixed or changed out until after I left.

Nice staff. Room was quiet and dark. The curtains covered the window very well. I had a good-night sleep. Spacious and clean room.

Just a couple minor things that I hadn't pay much attention to when booking. No microwave in the room, but there's one in the lobby. No breakfast included, but again not a big deal.
