The breakfast was good. However, the last morning the home fries were not cooked. The all day coffee and hot chocolate bar for the kids was great. Overall, I would say the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean.

I liked the fact the hotel was located near most attractions with easy access to highway. I liked the fact the pool and work out center was open until 10,

The location is great. Close to everything in Mystic. My room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. They have a great breakfast. I would definitely book here again.

there was plenty of choices for breakfast, & the hot food was hot, the hot cocoa station was great, our room was perfect, a nice big bathroom & clean.

We really couldn't think of anything, everyone was very helpful.

Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is near everything and accepts pets. They even put us near the stairs for easy access to the outside to walk our dogs. Overall, an solid, comfortable stay!

The room was really, really much larger than what I expected. The beds were really comfortable and the sheets were ever so soft. So convenient to have breakfast included and kudos to the afternoon lemonade/cookie treat. The pool was well maintained and it was great to take an afternoon dip after a day of sight-seeing.

My sink was a bit backed up but when I mentioned it on the second day, it was fixed immediately. I an disabled and am in a wheelchair. I called and asked if the bathroom had a bench or was a roll in (photos seemed to support this), but when I arrived, it was a regular bathtub with grab bars. This made showering/bathing almost impossible. However, I had unpacked by the time I noticed this so just resolved to figure a way around it. The room needed a good vaccuuming under beds and around the corners, but the bathroom was very clean and the beds nicely turned out.

The hotel is in a great location, and our rooms were clean, with comfortable beds. Although we did not use the pool or exercise room, they looked well maintained. We loved the fact that the hotel provides free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and lemonade all day and night, and that guests can access the seating area off the lobby at all hours to sit together and enjoy these beverages. In the morning a free breakfast is served in this same area, with a wide variety of hot and cold selections. We definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Mystic Connecticut.

I would have liked firmer pillows, but that is just my own preference. The pillows here are big and fluffy so your head sinks down without any support to your neck.

Conveniently located. Within walking distance to the Mystic village shopping and the aquarium. We enjoyed the coffee, tea, hot cocoa bar and the seasonal decorations. Every morning they make breakfast travel bags (fruit, water, bagel, peanut butter and jelly). Excellent when you are traveling with a child. They even give out doggie treats bags.

Found the pool to be over chlorinated. If you are not swimming (just seating and waiting on your kid to get tired out) the chlorine mixed with the heat of the room is overpowering and burns the eyes.

Close to Mystic center. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Lighting in room. The ability to get a receipt via PDF form. I still don’t have a pdf invoice with amount I paid on it. I called Princess at customer service and she acted like she could not hear me. She hung up on me: ridiculously poor customer service from princess at Booking.com. She needs to get feedback that straightens out her performance. She was useless as a customer service rep.

The room is spacious, clean, and serene. The bathroom is large with a wide counter and grab bar in the shower. The desk is well positioned for work with ample plugs for electronics. Coffee, hot water, cookies, and fireplace burning in the lobby area are welcoming. The picture paired with room number is helpful. The racing boat pictures are appropriate and attractive. Housekeeping exceptional.

This is the first place in 6 stays that there are no sheer curtains to allow natural light while providing privacy. There is no freezer in refrigerator for ice packs. TV is a little small. A little pricey.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection of items! One thing that should be brought to your attention though, I observed a man take two large bunches of bananas that were just put out for guests (this man was there with his two kids and wife). Had to be at least 12 bananas he walked off with. I believe they checked out of the hotel right after that. That isn't fair to those folks sitting there and eating their breakfast. Also costly for the hotel! I glared at him but didn't phase him.
