Smit if I get his name right have been very kind to me and my mum and did not charge me more for changing the room as room 9213 is a bit effee (feeling weird)

Level 2 rooms right on the far corner is weird. Level 1 is good. Can feel spirits

The room is clean and comfortable, also the toilet water pressure was strong enough. The check-in and check-out process are very easy and fast, and the receptionist was really helpful. Overall good enough, value for the price.

The sockets in the room are limited and place at the side that are not convenient to use (because I like to charge and play the phone while lying on the bed). There is no hair dryer in the room. The TV channel also is limited (only got 3 channel).The pillow is too soft for me.

Parking space available in front of the hotel during weekend. Muslim restaurant available near the hotel. Room has been sanitized & very clean. Spacious bathroom.

No sink countertop in the bathroom to put toothpaste & tooth brush. Only 1 room entry card given (at least 2 cards required for family).

It is a very comfortable hotel at a very convenient location, nearby PJ business area and federal. Parking is easy also around the area. Area is quiet, with some restaurants in walking distance, ideal place for work traveller.

Clean, working Aircon, friendly front counter staff, available water dispenser to top up cold or hot water.

Pillows too flat.. gave my neck issues.
