The room has everything you need. Towels, comfy bed, comfier pillows, mini-fridge that was a lifesaver with the heat, brilliant shower head pressure, light up mirror and a balcony to lounge on. Breakfast buffet had nice selection. Staff were so kind to us our whole stay. Hotel looks great inside the lobby. Rooftop pool area was very chill with constant sunshine. You can smoke and bring drinks from the bar up there too (subjective pro). Room service was great and a life saver when we were starving at 10pm. All the staff (and locals) were very patient with our broken Spanish. Many locals speak English, but not all.

Pool was cold, not heated (probably a Winter occurrence) Breakfast selection might not be great for picky eaters Location is average. We're a young couple, so the hour walk to the aquarium and science museum was doable. Might not be ideal for older people. Not much in the general area, just high streets and restaurants. Taxis or own transport recommended to get full experience of Las Palmas.

The breakfest was nice - even though a little on a smaller range of choices with minimal daily inovation, but for our 3 days stay it was sufficient. We appreciated that the breakfest started at 7am and dinner was served till 11pm. We could order the dinner (3 courses) from set menu in the bar area. Again the selection was enough for our 3 days stay. We choose the hotel for the location close to the main bus station and was fully aware of four-lane highway in front the hotel.

Still the busy traffic was heard within the room even with closed window as our room faced the highway. I would recommend earplugs if you are light sleaper.

We asked for a quiet room and they gave us a top floor room which was quiet for the most part. The rooftop pool is a nice feature. Staff were friendly (but some don’t speak English) Generally was a very pleasant stay. Clean and neat and food is fresh and local.

The WiFi connection was pretty poor in our room. We had a large balcony but there were no tables and chairs in it. The bathroom floor needs replacing. It was a bit smelly.

Everything was more than expected.

The staff was super nice and breakfasts were amazing. The hotel was very quiet even though it’s by the busy street. Good distance to the airport, walking distance to the city centre, close to a big market. Very good for a work trip.

The hotel is a bit old and could use a good redecoration. Also, I had some mold on my bathroom ceiling and the room was a bit dusty, you could’ve seen that the sheets and towels are perfectly white and nicely washed but the dust from lamps or less „popular” locations in the room were not cleaned too often.

Everything was nice, we also got an upgrade and received a room with ocean view which made us very glad. Room was very good overall, it had some wear down signs. For example the flooring was damaged at some parts and the chair was very low quality and tore down, it was making noises on each move. The pool and gym are in roof top and had nice view. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and make it hard to use it when the temperature is not 25 or above.

The room was comfortable with plenty of space. Good bathroom. The coffee machine and iron were added bonuses. The view of the port also added an extra. It was also quiet which is important

We were given the wrong room to begin with but once we found a helpful receptionist that was all sorted out. It is a bit of a walk to find shops and cafes but apart from that all was great . There are no plugs by the beds and the WiFi is very variable which was an issue for me as I had to work as well.

Conveniently located 5 minutes pleasant walk to the old town centre, bus station near by takes you directly to the popular beaches. The place is very clean, passed all the wife's checks/tests. All staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful, which really lifts up your mood.

We stayed for 7 nights half-board. The menu can be a little repetitive. The decor is very grey, could be to do with the owner wants a cooling effect for a hot summer day. But for us travelling from a cold country seeking winter sun, the wife says the whole colour scheme feels a bit clinical. Also, it would be good if the hotel can provide detail bus-service time table, which will be beneficial to foreign travelers.

It was conveniently located close to the GC1 and had parking on site. Having struggled with driving in the area before it was a relief that we didn’t have to find street parking. We also liked that it wasn’t in a heavily touristy location. We were able to walk to the old town from the hotel, which was our main focus. The roof space and pool was nice. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Apart from the entrance and communal areas the decor was fairly tired. After visiting the beach on the 2nd day we had nowhere to hang towels in our room. There wasn’t anything much that wasn’t down to personal preference, such as we’d have liked coffee cups instead of espresso cups in the room, but like I say, that’s just personal preference.

The bar and reception area was very nice and well designed. The room was well furnished with a nice large comfortable bed. The location was close to the old town which was convenient.

The bathroom needed some maintenance and was grubby around the shower area with mould. The pool decking appeared to be dirty and stained your feet. There was also areas of the decking that needs repairs as screws were sticking out and the boards were high which could be a trip hazard.
