The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Easily accessible check-in, with our late arrival we were able to access our room with the key-less entry with ease. The updated decor was charming and there was plenty of space in the room/kitchen areas. The beach towels provided for use and wireless charging ports were a great touch!

The pillows were not very comfortable - one when you lay your head on it is like air and goes completely flat while the second was too hard. It was my very own goldilocks and the three bears moment but I never found the "just right option". The bathroom renovations look great but there is not much storage space and the sink is small - when you try to wash your hands/face its very tight. However with the small space it made sense! Also, with being so close to the main road it was a bit loud throughout the night - a sound machine might help, at least for the front rooms!

Everything!! Smelled wonderful as soon as I stepped into the door. Modern decor, well lit at night. Small amount of kitchen dishes/ silverware to use. Miceo wave and small fidge. Coffee maker and coffee options that I didn't look as as I don't do coffee. Small counter with 3 chairs in kitchenette. Hair dryer in bathroom cabinet Clean linens and CLEAN FLOOR!! No dirty bare feet walking around. **** They even put thought into women washing off their makeup........they embroidered a black washcloth that says "Makeup". Now that's well thought out! It's the little things like that! The place isn't huge but it's just what a night to 2 stay needs. Hide-a- bed couch with extra linens in a dresser, and extra blanket. Mini-split AC worked great! Charger outlet lamp next to bed. Water pressure was great, huge 12 inch square shower head with a small separate shower hose and fantastic water pressure! Water could have been alittlw hotter but I like hot showers. This one was pleasantly hot enough though. Bed was comfy!! Plenty of pillows (4 total) 2 firm ones and 2 soft ones. Easy access and check in. They send you a code thru email, explain how to punch the code in to enter and lock room door. Nice and simple for the tech savvy person.

This wasn't something "I didn't like" but was addressed with a maintenance person thru Booking.com app. Room #1, shower didn't drain well. After a 5 minutes, the shower held about 1 inch of water. But drained away at some point. Only 2 of us, did 5 min showers and didn't floor the floor. Only thing about the shower is, it had a half-glass wall shower so the floor does get wet unless you point the 12 inch square shower straight down to the floor. We laid one of our own beach towels on the floor and pulled shower mat away from shower opening so it didn't get soaked.

Easy to check-in and out. Unit refurbished in the past few years, a big plus for the bathroom! Roomy enough, nice sized closet. Great value (daily rates appear to change based on demand)... my stay was during a low demand period, there were many rooms available on Atlantic Ave. Especially appreciated the quiet, well functioning heater during a very chilly night! Thanks for the coffee supplies and fridge!

Expectations were met, great value... if the property manager wants to spruce the place up w/ a trim paint brush, the property would shine a bit more (e.g. chair marks on the wall in the dining area, baseboard trim painting could be neater). The shades by the door let in more light from the external light fixture than I preferred. But all in all, Oceano offered a great stay!

It was 5 stars from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Wireless charging lamps, all the pillows, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The shower?!?!! OMG the shower was the BEST shower i have had in a looooong time. My Favorite part honestly? The small details. I took pictures of everything and the one detail that stood out the most was the PAPER TOWEL FLOWER. It had a gem in the middle. Now thats 5 star service. Hands down best experience we have had, ever.

The TV remote batteries were dead, so we didnt use the tv. That's it. Litteraly, only 1 thing. Honestly, it made the stay a little better.

The location of our room was in the back and turned out to be quite good. Friends stayed in one of the front rooms and the noise from the main road was very loud. Rooms were exceptionally clean and remodeled - very well done. Very happy with our stay. Parking lot could get a bit tight if crowded - not sure how you could manage with a larger vehicle if the spots were all full - you would end up having to back out onto the main road....fortunately, it was not full while we were there and we were able to back into another spot and then pull out onto the main road.

The pix were actually correct! There were only 2 other guests, therefore the atmosphere was quiet. It's set up like an efficiency. The couch is a pull out which can sleep more guests. Very easy to walk across the street to the beach🏊🏾‍♀️. The bed was comfy. This place is conveniently located on Nth Atlantic Ave which is close to everything-shops, grocery stores, restaurants, lounge, etc. The house keeper Ms. Barb was also Fabulous!

Read a review that said it wasn't much to look at from the outside, but was very good inside. I strongly agree. Big bed, comfortable small couch, good AC, nice bathroom, microwave, even a cook top, pots and pans, dishes, etc. One thing wasn't expected is the total electronic check in. No person, no desk, just email and text with door code to open room door.

Could have used a step to get up on the bed, it was high. Would have liked notice to watch email/text for check in and room number and door code.

Close to the beach. Comfortable and clean. We got water at the arrival. Easy check in!

Could have worked easier to open windows. Windows were dirty. For ten points you should clean the dust, windows and the bottom better. To many rules instead of welcoming notices. Coffemachine is a joke - did the host ever tried it himself? Nevertheless for that money best stay.

Great spotless room with an extremely comfortable bed. Great facilities and all the kitchenware you need. The room also had Amazon fire TV for the likes or Netflix/YouTube etc.and the rainfall shower was amazing with lovely smelling shampoo/body wash!! . The bedside lamps came with wireless charging for your phones (which I'm purchasing once back in England 🤣) The host was excellent at responding also Will definitely be here again next year.

The only thing I can moan about is the sound of traffic (this stops around 12am till 7am) and no iron/ironing board but that's me being picky

The outside of the hotel will fool you to think you picked the wrong place, but the room has been upgraded in a major way!! The parking can be scarce at times!! Also, there was no iron in the room!!
