We arrived late, just after Reception had closed but the Manager had organized our key, WIFI instructions and a map of the park. The Studio ensuite room was spacious, light, bright and clean. The beds were comfortable, a single and a double. The kitchen had all necessary utensils, but we only made our breakfast so only needed toaster and kettle. The laundry facilities were close to our room. It's a big park and there were two laundries. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

I have never used a Top 10 Holiday park before, but would do so in the future.It was fabulous to have access to a communal kitchen. The kitchen was well set up, clean and tidy. There were clear instructions on what to do with your food in the fridge. A huge TV was in the dining room. But to be honest, we were so busy it was nice not to have that going. This Top 10 holiday park is on the edge of town. The view of the snow capped mountains from the dining room was amazing.

By the look of it I feel it was a mobile home. However once we entered. we found it was the perfect sized and well equipped room with all the basic necessities. Although it was a economy range Hotel, to find such comfortable and a functional place, high in the mountains was truly remarkable. They had a laundry on site and a common well equipped kitchen. Located quite close to town area. This made it very convenient for having dinner and breakfast. One of them had live music too. Very Close to Glaciers. I strongly suggest one should go for Room with its own toilet, as there are other with shared bathroom.

Nothing that affected our stay. Except Perhaps they should have provided soap dispensers in the Laundry room rather have it available with the reception which closes early. We had to run a load without using any soap. :)

Everything was as expected. Staff were very witty, which made the check in a lot of fun, and were very friendly and helpful. Location to “town” and highway was perfect. Very quiet too!

The only complaint we have about our room is the strong perfume smell. We’re not sure what it was from but it definitely was not from a previous customer but some type of product the holiday park uses. Fans would be a bonus in the bathroom as ours had none and other than opening the window, which let in sand flies, there was no way to vent human toilet odour or steam.

Location was fabulous with view of the surrounding snowcapped mountains and easy access to all local activities and sights. Facilities and accomodation perfect for me with easy parking by the side of the cabin. Laundry facilities great. Comprehensive information provided for local activities and facilities.

We had a private cabin with shared bathroom for 3 people. The room was spacious and comfortable. No air con made it very warm at times. The lady at reception was super helpful. She helped us book the Waiho hot tubs when we couldn’t and was overall very friendly and kind.

It is just a bit far out of town if you wanted to leave the car, have a few drinks and walk back.

Stunning location. Comfortable beds. Spacious room and bathroom. Very well-maintained and clean. The kids loved the games room and cinema. Feels more like a home than a typical caravan park and has a wonderful community feel.

The only problem we had was that the bunk beds were so squeaky when one of the kids rolled over. My oldest son ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor.

It has became better regarding the beds and the cleanness for sure compared to last year. (new owners?) It would be great if we won’t get charged for all the games on a rainy day (pool table etc) The mew car chargers did not fully installed yet but that would be a great adds on but it is interesting that it is only two of them. They should install some slower chargers like a 3.6kw where you could plug in all night or while you are at the accommodation.

Very nice unit for our family. Heaters were not working but they brought us space heaters so that was just fine.

Spa pool was a waste of time and you have to pay for it. Several issues but they refunded our money so it was all good. Hopefully they are a little more up front with the next people that rent it. Wifi didn't work and when it did it was metered. Which seems pretty unusual in this day and age. That is always a nightmare when you are travelling

The young girl and the boy were amazing at the reception.We were not happy with the current booked room and we were upgraded.We were also given some great discounts.Highly recommended. Sorry, I couldn't catch the names of the two peeps we met, hence addressing that way. Highly recommended and wouldn't stay anywherewhere else ...
