It was excellent value for the money everywhere was very clean. The bed was comfortable but the room was very hot and the pillows very lumpy. The furnishings were very basic eg bedside cabinet damaged at the corner but on the hole everything was very clean.
Loved the function room it was a great place for us as a family who had 3 bedrooms could sit at night and chat together. The kitchen facilities were great everything we needed to make refreshments was there I liked the idea of having a cupboard to keep out tea and coffee, etc in. We left milk and larger in the fridge nothing was taken we felt confident in doing that.

Usually when I stop in Hull I'm in the city centre, but decided to try a bit further out, was not disappointed the room was quiet, clean & easy to access, getting in to town was easy, frequent buses, 30 minute walk or £4.60 by uber. However due to the bars, restaurants & takeaways in the local area I had no need to venture in to town. As they say on their page there are no coffee/Tea making facilities in the room & no complimentary toiletries. The shower was excellent (rainfall type) Would I stay again? Yes, just the fact I could sleep with a window open without any city noise sold it to me.

Endsleigh Park is a quirky place to stay, and I mean that in a positive way. The building oozes history and the grounds are very pleasant and peaceful. The support staff are, without exception, excellent. The facilities (kitchen, washing machines, conservatory, communal eating area, bedrooms) cater for almost all of ones needs, surprising given the relative cheapness of a stay here. It's also well located for transport links and shops.
It's hard for me to find fault with Endsleigh Park. When I've asked for something (like a chair in my room) the request has always been granted.

This is a great old building. It's definitely got more of a hostel vibe in the main communal areas. We used kitchen and dining room in the evening. Everywhere was nice and clean. Great pressure on the shower.
My advice to anyone booking this hotel would be, make sure you've received your email containing access codes for the door and your room number. This hotel is completely contactless. My email with room information never came through and it was very difficult to contact the hotel manager. It was pure luck that there was a contractor working on site maintaining the WiFi that we were able to resolve the issue. Once we did get in touch with the manager she was really helpful and we got into the room very easily.

Large grounds to walk around, very spacious hotel and communal areas, very clean and all facilities provided and neatly labelled and categorised et cetera. Hotel instructions were very clear and considerate. Safe and secure with security at night and number coded entry in exit systems. Clean rooms and working facilities, little extras like men provided and sitting tables, et cetera. Adequate parking around the ground would highly highly recommend great value for money Really beautiful and relaxing conservatory eating and sitting areas around dining and cooking spaces with great views to the nature of the grounds lots of light and open windows

Lots of students come here for study purposes, So as far we know the student budget is very tight so if there is any system to stay with some chip rate it will be beneficial for both and it is also good for a business, It's my opinion to add some bunk bed It will be helpful for a student, for example, I need to stay every week for one day but it is too high in this hotel so I manage alternative accommodation£15 per night so it is helpful for me and this hotel are also good for the private room for the business person not for a student, It is very prime location I think hotel management need to think about that for a student.
That is not a student budget friendly when it is very prime location for the university but they cannot take any advantage from the varsity student.

The cleaner just let himself into my room over an hour before my checkout time. Didn't knock just came in whilst I was on the toilet. NOT GOOD PROTOCOL!

This was my fourth stay in Hull and each time I've stayed at Endsleigh Park. It ticks all the boxes I need. This time I stayed for 10 days and, for the first time took advantage of the calming surrounding grounds. I've no need to look further than Endsleigh Park when I come to Hull.
I usually write that I would have been grateful to have had a chair in my room. No sooner had I asked this time than one was provided for me. I should point out that this is something that I really appreciated, so should have been added to the answer above.

I stayed for 11 nights while recovering from surgery and couldnt have had a better environment to relax in. Not only are the grounds absolutely beautiful but inside the hotel, they've kept parts of the architecture & decor to showcase the history of the building; which used to be a nunnery. The stained glass windows in the stairwell are stunning. You can tailor the cleaning services and fresh towels to suit your schedule, and the staff are willing to go above and beyond. The communal kitchen has several sets of ovens, hobs, kettles, and fridges, so although the space is shared, you have more than enough room to do your own thing. Will definitely be coming back again :)
I had a minor issue with my toilet flusher breaking, but I messaged the manager, and she sent someone up to my room within the hour for a temporary fix until the part was replaced. Can't rate their customer service highly enough.

Hull is a great place to visit and Endsleigh Park is a great budget option to use for a base to explore the city. Location is excellent for transport, supermarkets and for tranquility, despite being so close to a main road. Being a converted nunnery adds to its quirkiness. The support team are excellent as well. I've no need to look elsewhere when I visit Hull. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable and shower facilities excellent.. It's nice to have a TV, too.
If you twisted my arm, then somewhere else to sit other than the bed would make a difference.
