Staying at Hotel Maxim in Palermo was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. If you’re looking for a charming and welcoming place to stay in Palermo, Hotel Maxim is a fantastic choice!

The appartments are very well located, at the quite a calm street, but close to the city center. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The furniture was ok, there was a small balcony with quite a nice view. All rooms were large enough and had comfortable beds.

The cleanliness of all bathrooms was really a disaster. There was a large mold in each shower, tiles were dirty and so was the toilet. I suppose the only way to get rid of the mold is to make a total refurbishment of each bathroom, which is very recommended. In one room there was a really bad smell from the air-condition, apparently it needed cleaning too. It could be such a lovely place to stay in Palermo, if only the bathrooms were clean...

Hospitality, cleanliness, location, quiet, wi-fi and I really liked the scent of the towels in the bathroom. I recommend with confidence, the location is placed close to the tourist attractions, a step away from the center. I recommend for those who read to opt for Maxim and for accommodation in the center should avoid accommodation locations far from the center. 10 + points.

The structure was just perfect for me. Ideal location in a well maintained building, right in the city centre with plenty of bars an restaurants within 3 minutes walk. The staff was exquisite and extremely kind and cheery on top the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. will definitely come back next time!

Location to the main attractions, air condition very good, staff were excellent. Facilities for a cup of tea good. Shower could do with an update. Had a small lift which is good for seniors. Nice coffee shop out the front.

Great central location, nice room and very clean. I like that it was close to but not on a main street. Lots of great restaurants/places to eat and all the main attractions all within easy walking distance. The owner / manager is very responsive and helpful. I'd stay again!

The location was amazing, so close to everything, they let us store our luggage the last day which was very helpful for our busy last day in Palermo
