Breakfast was an ample offering that would cover 99% of most people. It was hot, and the staff was attentive to the guests' needs. Of note, on our first AM the building adjacent to the hotel experienced a fire, which resulted in the evacuation of the hotel. While guests were outside, staff were able to offer bottled water and some fresh fruit to help during the fire. Once guests were allowed to return to the hotel, staff prepared breakfast and took care of guests in a very professional manner. Hats off to leadership and to staff for how they handled the situation. Dinner was also an ample offering, accompanied by a free cocktail, which made for a pleasant end to the day. The room was comfortable. The "best" feature was the ability to set the A/C to a level of comfort that I am accustomed to.

I enjoy a very dark room. Sadly, the exterior lighting is aimed at the guest rooms and therefore does not allow for a completely dark room. The blackout curtains did a decent job, but the intensity of the lights still made it somewhat lighter in the room.

Everything. Pet friendly, a huge plus!!! We stayed a week ago on our way to Mobile, AL for Thanksgiving, and stayed again on our way back to Columbus, OH. It's funny that many staff members recognized us and oue're sorry we can't remember r dog. One of the managers with long black hair, sorry we can't remember his name, was so welcoming on our first stay, and this stay as well. Very impressed! He needs a raise!! Also, loved the Kick Back dinner and drinks. The bar tender was there on our first stay and this last stay. What a great memory!! He was so nice, recognized me and asked if I wanted the same drink I had a week ago! Seriously, that's amazing! He needs a raise, too. To all the employees, we were truly impressed with all of you! Also, to the "Big Wigs"..LOL, you should be proud of the people who work for Drury!

We really liked the location. It was a short drive from there to downtown Franklin ( a really cozy village full of nice restaurants and shops). We took UBER and it was around 8$ each way. There are restaurants nearby as well as Wholefoods. Breakfast and snacks in the evening were included in the price, which was a bonus. We also were lucky to check in early at no cost. We stayed on the 9th floor and we had AMAZING views from there. The room was really spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was varied with healthy options.

Nice quiet room!!!

The water pressure in the shower was too low. Had to rinse my hair a long time to get shampoo out. The idea of free brkfst and happy hour is great but most of the food was pretty bad! Liked the scrambled eggs but potatoes were mushy and not crisper up. Waffle mix was bad. Only sausage offered - no bacon? Happy hour nacho cheese was very runny. Hot dog was tasteless. Meatballs were terrible. Suggestion: Offer less choices but have good quality and tasty food! Would cost the same but be so much better.

The free breakfast was outstanding. So many choices - hard boiled and scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits and gravy or toast, bagels, or muffins. Pancakes or belgium waffels were available, as well as hot or cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and 3 choices of juice. Coffee was plentiful and hot - and there were multiple tea bag choices if that was your preference.

Our only issue was getting into an elevator during the breakfast rush, because we needed adequate room for a wheelchair. Several bus loads of people arrived Friday night and the dining area was pretty well packed Saturday morning. Actually - a very accomadating employee showed us to the employee elevator and zipped us right down to first floor. It was such a nice gesture and very appreciated since my husband still had 2 nebulizer treatments to take before we could check out after breakfast.

The counter staff were amazing. I arrived really late and had no issues with checking in. When I asked about a special request, I was absolutely accommodated. The bed was love and had no trouble sleeping, especially after a long drive. Breakfast was very nice, and asking for extra supplies was easy. They were also very tentative when I was having trouble with my room AC not working. Will 100% stay again if in Franklin, TN.

Kinda think the carpet made the room a bit musky but still had no issues.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. I especially like their “Kick Back” in the evening, especially after driving all day. The last thing I want to do is get back in the car and find a place to eat. Although, this location has an attached restaurant. We didn’t try the restaurant, as we were only there for the one night. The place was immaculate as was our room. Very comfortable bed and we had a pretty spacious shower. Breakfast was great…again, convenient as we wanted to get on road for the rest of our journey.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price included a happy hour and light dinner as well as breakfast The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Management was very helpful with removing incidentals hold on my credit card.

They wanted to charge a $50 incidentals hold on my credit card (to be removed upon check out). They already had my card so no need to put a Hargreaves on my card.

Clean rooms and facilities, plenty of parking. Breakfast was very good as hotel breakfasts go. Even better, Drury’s dinner service made our stay a real bargain. My wife and I joked that we may have found our future retirement home, LOL.

Bed was ok, but not the most comfortable. We wished the bathroom area would have had a separate area for the sink.

The hotel, the location, and the amenities were great for the price. the hotel room and bathroom were clean with plenty of spaces and decent woodsy view. If I had to book a hotel again in Nashville, it would likely be this one.

A lightbulb went off in the bathroom and the shower holder couldn't hold the shower head, but they were minor inconveniences.
