It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of seating for guests.

The biggest issue is that they weren't able to store our luggage after we checked out, which meant we couldn't make full use of our day before our departing flight in the evening. I guess that's partly on me as I forgot to check when I booked, but it would be really good if you could add that service. There aren't a lot of options for getting a meal at night if you don't have a car. The restaurant next door was closed, unfortunately. We ended up getting a pizza delivered. The hotel is in the middle of a refurb of the foyer. I'm sure it will look great when it is done, but it looked a bit like a building site when we arrived.

Pick up at airport was timely, breakfast was good, my room was terrific and the majority of staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Two younger front staff acted as though you were interrupting them or bothering them….wearing earbuds and either listening to music, podcasts or watching phones.

Fire alarm three times in one night, 150+ feral teenagers in the hotel, many on the same floor as my room, they cleaned out food from market that was not quickly replaced and cleaned our breakfast each morning of their stay so little if any left for other guests remaining. I took a Lyft to grocery store to purchase food for my stay. Weekend rates were high. For a seven day stay I expected a more reasonable and consistent fee.

Newer hotel, comfortable beds, quiet (didn't hear planes from nearby runway). Pretty good breakfast, though no fresh fruit other than apples.

Be aware that this hotel is in an island in the surrounding freeways, along with only three other hotels. No way to get in or out other than driving--if you don't have a car, forget about walking elsewhere, and there's no public transportation. There is a free shuttle from the airport. Driving here from the airport involves a crazy set of loops and curves through the surrounding roads--it'll take around 15 minutes from the terminals. There is only one restaurant available without an expensive taxi ride, at the Courtyard a couple hotels over.

Easy to book. Somewhere to lay your head that was safe. It was gated, which was a big plus. The curtains and the view for my kids they loved it. It had carpet . Also the breakfast was good .

Racist vibe from front desk lady -name unknown . Also I paid in cash, which came with a 250 deposit and when I got it back it was nothing but a bunch of ones for the $50 .What was that about? Also the TV should be bigger . LIKE WHY ARE THEY SO SMALL AND NOT ON THE WALLS. The heater in 203 was really cold 🥶 and we had it on 90, and we came in out of 47 degree weather 😩. The beds seem a little outdated🤔

It was nothing exceptional I chose the location because it was close to the airport and they had a shuttle. The room was decent and seemed clean. Sparse breakfast but enough to grab something and get going. Frankly I was exhausted by the time I arrived didn't pay much attention.

Waited ages for the shuttle in freezing cold at almost midnight after an international flight. The shuttle stop was a mess and nobody had any information on when the shuttle would arrive.

The hotel was up to the standards of a Marriott: lovely staff, big clean room, amazing breakfast, great shuttle service to the airport nice resaturant in nearby Marriott

We expected to be able to access the swimming pool, because it was indicated as open in our booking site, and there signs in the hotel directing to it. But the swimming pool has been closed since Covid!! Access to the hotel can be a bit confusing, because the main entrance is closed

Front desk staff were happy to hold on to a bag I needed to drop off before check-in. The airport shuttle was a godsend! Drivers were friendly and capable when it came to threading through the various airport loops and ramps. Waffle maker positioned in a corner, so the line didn't get in the way of the rest of the breakfast area

One elevator was out of order, but that can happen anywhere.

Honestly I almost cancelled my reservation because of the bad reviews online, but I'm grateful that I pushed through with it because they exceeded my expectations. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and room was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I was trying to reach out to them through booking.com, but I got no reply. Also, the coffee machine wasn't turning on in my room.

Stayed in this hotel 2 times before and after a flight from Newark airport. They have a shuttle service and a good breakfast. Also the connection with Manhattan (Penn station) is good with a train connection from Newark airport. Which is better (more easy) then from JFK. Buy your ticket in the terminal to avoid waiting lines. (12 dollar senior). No airport noise.

There is no real restaurant within walking distance. In of the adjacent hotels (100m) there is a meal service.

Close to the airport. And, we were so lucky. The 7:30 shuttle to the airport included us and one other traveler who was also going to the United terminal, so we were dropped right at the terminal. So grateful.

I didn’t have a restaurant. The desk clerk pointed in the direction of the hotel with a restaurant but it was actually in the opposite direction. Also, the name of the hotel faced the highway so the only way we knew where it was, was when another traveler said she had found it and directed us to it. The property is older and showed it’s age, especially in the bathroom.
