Two saunas were under construcrion works and not in use. Cold water pool was not in use. Construction works started at 8 am with heavy drilling, it was not possible to sleep after that. We made the reservation less than week before the stay and there was not any information about the construction works.

The location was perfect, only 20 minute walk from the terminal and close to all the restaurants in old town. Our room was clean and exactly like in photos. The staff gave us bottle of prosecco and a birthday card as requested and they were super friendly. The breakfast included in the prize was good. Simple but fulfilling.

The spa looked very different in photos. It wasnt as good as we imagined. Without the spa the stay was overall great but i wouldn’t go to the spa again. It was okay with all the different pools but the overall look was a lot older and not as clean. Other thing which we are not sure was because of booking.com or the hotels misinformation, but when we booked the hotel it said in booking.com that you pay at the property. However, they required us to do the check in before via email to receive the apartment code. When finalizing the check in we had to pay, so this caused confusion as we wanted to originally pay when we arrive.

Well, overall presence of SPA is good. Entrance with code, allowing us to come at any suitable time was plus. Overall clean and calm room giving a good possibility to rest after busy day

Not as i didnt like - but: 1. pricewise - we have been staying in Tallinn in other SPAs, who have had better "everything" (breakfast, spa, room) for same or lower price 2. SPA - 2 saunas and one jacusi and lots of constructions. Wasn't very attractive to be there. 3. Breakfast - below "middle", machine coffe, juice from sirup, almost no vegetables (and it is summer)

Nice and very clean hotel near the old town. Excellent spa & sauna facilities with plenty of options to choose from. Breakfast was good with all the basic ingredients you'll need to start the day, no frills though. Bed for a child was arranged to the room with no extra cost. Very hospital staff.

Longish corridors with no elevators makes the facilities bit problematic but still manageable for families travelling with small children still in the carriages.

Great location on the edge of the old town (a quiet area but 10 minutes from everywhere within the historic centre). The hotel has a slight motel feel, but the room was generously sized and everything was clean and functional. Reception were friendly and helpful. But best of all the hotel was attached to a large spa used by locals and guests were allowed free entry. Imagine something slightly more Soviet than a modern spa with massage parlours and Buddhism. But for me it was great! I think there were about ten various saunas.

All was fine. Could be improved a bit by cleaning the courtyard up a bit, and breakfast also was fine but quite basic.

Location was very good, in the old town but not quite - so it was not noisy during the night. The spa was excellent, with a pool only for swimming and several other pools (about nine in total) and saunas included in the hotel price. The beds were comfortable, the room had a small balcony and it was big enough for two people.

Breakfast was kind of bland and unimaginative, even though you could buy better stuff at the same place where the breakfast was served (like prawn and vegetable salads for ex). The building itself was a bit strange, full of corridors and stairs. This was not an issue - but going from the hotel to the spa was an adventure, I don't think I saw any sign in other languages than Estonian of Finnish, except for those asking people to shower before swimming. I think the signaling needs a bit of improvement.

Kind of a sport hotel. They do have a big gym and pool area together with saunas. Different pools with different temperatures in it. If you wish to have a swim you can use a separate pool with two lanes dedicated for swimmers. Other pools meant for water procedures or relaxation. All pools are located in one area. Staff very friendly and helpful - thank you! The room was clean and spacious. You can do check-in online and receive your door code by SMS so you do not need even reception if you wish you can go directly to your room after you arrived. Also check-out the same. Breakfast was not huge, but it was absolutely enough for us. The location is really good - basically in the old town.

Pool area could have some minor cosmetics repairs. No air conditioning in the room (but you can find a fan in the room). Parking costs 15eur/24h. Outside of the hotel you will pay more, but after 10min walk there is huge parking 6eur/24h.

Spa is really good - pools, saunas, different cascades for massage. Location is good for exploring old town. Breakfast was decent as well. You can access spa during all of your stay (not limited). Big parking (costs additional 15eur per 24h though). Towels for spa included.

For hotel visitors should include parking in cost. Long corridors, no elevators. Room a bit cramped.

Access to spa and the spa facilities were first grade. The room was spacious, and the hotel location was brilliant.

Breakfast could be a little bit more varied, even though it did meet all basic needs. The bathroom could have something to wipe the floor with, because there was no door or curtain to prevent the water from getting from the shower cubicle. Also, the tea/coffee selection by the kettle could include instant coffee and small UHT milks.

Everything was really good. Close to the old town, close to the harbour. Breakfast simple, but delicious, swimming pool area warm enough. Towels to the pool area are provided by the recepcion, you dont’t need to have your own towels.

One advice for host: it would be more welcome that the floor heating in the bathroom would be turned on as soon as the guests arrive. Especially in the winter time. It was verry cold in the bathroom. Not everyone will think, that it is possible to turn on the floor heating.
