Close to the city center, helpful and friendly staff, safe parking in the courtyard, good breakfast

Noisy floors at the 3rd floor, probably old wooden floor underneeth because every step was creating a noise. Noisiest floors i have seen. The fridge in our room (304) was warm inside, probably only the inside light worked, not the fridge itself with the cooling function. Nice hotel though, next time we'll ask for another room :)

The location is very good, close to the city center. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, the most comfortable pillows we have found in hotels were we stayed. The hotel has a parking lot, but the spaces are limited. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Also a very interesting design for common spaces, hallways and staircases. For those with sensitivity to noises it would be better to sleep with the window closed, it's a bell clock in the neighborhood, that chimes every hour.

I felt the breakfast was exceptional, and had a very good variety, even for my younger son. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return in a heartbeat.

There was nothing to dislike in all fairness. Maybe an extra bin under the tv table would have been beneficial for longer staying guests.

I did not try breakfast as I had a working breakfast in the office I visited. The room was not like in a 5 star hotel but super clean and comfortable. The hotel stuff was supper friendly and I loved the possibility to have a parking on the hotel yard... although in Klagenfurt from evening to morning there is also free parking at the hotel on the public street. Great value for money. Thanks

I can not comment the Breakfast as I did not take one, but looked good passing by. I have no complaints at all... all was good...

Location but the staff was very very helpful l wouild defined recement as a city hotel for city sightseeing One thing needs to be told people that there is no elevator and at 10.oopm the need a code number to get into the hotel

On the good side: The location close to the city centre is good. Parking available in a closed location. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The windows offer good noise cancelling from the street.

The windows do not darken well, especially important in summer when sunrise is at 5 am. Also no elevator to the first floor.

A good breakfast, and our special requirements with allergies were taken into account. The room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

The lock in the room door is old-fashioned and slow to lock. Key cards would be more practical.

Late check instructions worked perfectly and much appreciated as my plane was delayed. Receptionist went the extra mile to help me walk to the main station 27 minutes away, very personable! Room perfect for my overnight stay.

Nothing to dislike, very good standard Austrian hotel.

Near to the city center

Loud if opened window which goes to the busy street with cars. Every time I had difficulties to put the key into the (old fashioned) door lock

Very comfortable with friendly service just at the edge of the city center with an excellent breakfast.

No coffee when I arrived in the late afternoon.
