Clean, good value for money and good location within walking distance of the old town and castle. It was also within walking distance of the train station and bus station.

The street outside was noisy in the night despite the shutters, the walls of the room were also very thin meaning that we could hear other guests in their rooms and the bathroom.

Great location and clean enough (maybe not all corners of the room, but rest was impeccable), AC definitely helps :) I was slightly delayed on my arrival and was due to miss 10pm close of reception but staff was very responsive via booking.com. Bathrooms clean and include toiletries. Ideal for 1-2 night stay for sure. Coffee, Shops within walking distance.

Stayed in a twin room (single use) and the room was very small and basic but very sufficient still for my purpose!

Perfect for one night, the room is not big, but everything you need will be there, easy check-in and check-out

The location is awesome. Has a kitchenette for guests to use. Great for short term stays on a budget. Host is accommodating.

Toilet needs some fixing, has no door to separate from the bed 👀 (if you're not that close to share your toilet activity with ur roommate,this is not for u, BUT they got a common toilet outside), toilet flush is broken.

The location is great , 5 mins walk to train station, 10 mins to Port area and 20 mins to beach area. The guesthouse is very clean , bed comfortable, although a little small, with wardrobe table locker and TV .Air Con was very welcome too. Shared bathroom which had a good shower and very clean also. Kitchen was available to use for tea, coffee etc. Reception was fast and staff were friendly.

Apart from a small bed, nothing at all. It was good value and I had a lovely stay

Amazing staff, really friendly and came back to the hotel in the middle of the night for our check in as our flight was delayed. Clean place, great location and comfy beds with air con and everything you need.

Room was a bit small but it wasn’t a problem for us as we were out all day and just came back to the room to sleep.

▪︎ excellent location!!! 1 min from big supermarket, 2 mins from a gym, 5 mins from main shopping high street (Zara, Sephora, Mango etc), 7 min from main Bus station (for day trips further away) and 10 min from the beach, bus stop to airport only 5 mins away ▪︎ very good wifi ▪︎ excellent host, super super friendly ▪︎ very clean! Bathroom got cleaned daily and I got fresh towels daily which I didn't expect tbh ▪︎ surprisingly quiet at night ▪︎ no hairdryer in bathroom but available if needed, I got one offered when I arrived ▪︎ got there super early and could check in already in the morning!

▪︎ nothing major worth mentioning only suggestion would be maybe a full length mirror :)

The location in very good for both the city and the tourist part beach etc owner was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble there is a supermarket 50mt and a short walk to the bus stops for both around Alicante and the bus to the airport the room was spotless with air con I needed to contact a couple of times due to travel times changing and got both very quick and helpful reply’s Although the room had a shared bathroom, we were given a private one as was all the rooms I saw as I walked past there’s a kitchen and a fridge freezer to keep food, drink for the price this hotel can not be faulted.

maybe a dimmer switch or a side light but for the price it’s not a complaint just an observation

Lovely family and very welcoming and friendly. Our room had its own bathroom which was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed for our one night stop over and we enjoyed a silent nights sleep. It’s fair to say that it’s not a 5 star Hilton hotel room but it covered all bases for what we needed as a family. Great location for shops & restaurants too.

It’s a little quirky but we like quirky sometimes.

The location is great for a night stop-over. Easy and fast access to the airport bus C6 , the main AvE train station and it is quiet at night . The host was very accomodating and helpful. A small kitchen is provided for the guests to store and prepare their food. The air-conditioning was very good , with a good fan option, that didn't chill the room .

This budget room needs a small bedside lamp or another small light to avoid disturbing the second guest during the night.The bathroom was very small but adequate.
