I love the staff! The rooms are clean and spacious. The maintenance man, Anthony, was an all around great man. Courtney was working the front and she's a doll baby. We love her bubbly smile. And Dan was very helpful with anything we needed.

Comfortable beds, quiet room easily accessible from the parking lot. Price of the room.

Pool was said to be open then we were told we couldn't use it after going to the pool area. Don't advertise that it's open then tell guests they had to leave and only then did they pad lock the gate.

The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was soft and comfortable. I has no issues with the internet or cable. The air condition/heat worked well with no after smell. The location was convenient and quiet. The check in and out process was simple and easy with no hassle.

I would suggest adding a breakfast bar and always keep coffee available on hand for guests.

How they are so accommodating to me when I come in from the airport a little early

They do have a hot water issue. Seems it's never really hot. I also seen in room 242 a few roaches. Also could use two pillows per person.

Good place to stay. Close to highway. Clean. Quiet. Place for dog to walk. Price was very good. Alot of food places close by. Room was large.

The drain in sink was slow. Door card was slow opening door lock.

The manager was awesome. He went beyond our expectation and answered each question we had or issue we brought up in his attention.

Although there is nothing I would complain about especially because I was there just to sleep I would say they need to work on the smoking smell.

The staff was helpful and friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. The room was clean, had a pleasant odor, and everything worked!

Too many occupants were noisy, not the managers fault, at the ‘quiet hours’ of the the night/morning. I would have preferred a lower price, but I understand that it was a busy time in the area.

Rooms had space inside. They were nice and very clean. Front desk customer was excellent. The environment seemed very well put together. It did not look trashy.

This particular location did not offer breakfast - covid restrictions I guess

There was nothing that was not value-driven, everything and everyone was professional, pleasant, courteous, and efficient
