Awesome place for a family getaway. Spacious villas with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Love the indoor pool - make sure to bring your own beach towels! Has a spacious clubhouse and games room with table tennis and a pool table. Separated into two areas - under.18's and adults only. With a communal area in the middle with fireplace and lounges. Reception has a DVD library as well as a collection of board games and puzzles for you to enjoy too

Some of the furniture looks like it's starting to get a bit weary but everything functions fine. Would have loved an earlier check in time - 4pm feels quite late particularly when check out is at 10am.

Spacious, place was clean and tidy. All essentials were there. We especially loved the fact we had our own washing machine, dryer and dishwasher so was very convenient on the rainy days when we couldn’t hang our washing out. Air conditioning in every room and a tv upstairs for the kids and also in the down stairs room. The clubhouse and swimming pool were a hit with the kids. Because of the rain we didn’t get to enjoy the canoes but will definitely try them out next time. At the reception we could choose dvds to watch so we took the advantage on the rainy days to have a movie day. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing time and will definitely recommend this place and will be back again!

The rain lol but out of ur control I know but there was nothing we could fault about this place.

The free access to the putt putt and tennis courts plus movies and canoes Plus the pool area was fantastic for little ones and the spa for the older ones they even had a sauna The maintenance crew kept the place looking fresh and Mel in the office absolutely sold it for us Mel is an asset to the resort you could not get a more knowledgeable customer focused employee if you tried

The planes that flew over every 20minutes from 6.30am till 11pm The first three days it drove me nuts but I did eventually tune them out And they definitely didn’t spoil my stay The smoking area was a little sad a slat bench seat missing slats in the car park outside the resort gates 😑 BUT still not enough to spoil my stay 😁

It had everything you needed. Being a mum, I love the fact that I could wash my clothes and was able to hang them up or put in the dryer. The facilities the resort had was great! Indoor pool, perfect for those colder months, the kids had a ball in the pool! The Lagoon was great and we went down to have a nice walk and the kids had a scoot around the driveway. A gate coded entry so the kids were safe with supervision. The bungalows had everything you needed and wifi was available so was great to hook up your iPad. TVs were pretty much new, you were able to sign into your streaming apps. Beds were comfy, fridge space was amazing!! Loved it!

Bungalow was perfect size for our family of 5! Great facilities in the accom. The grounds were lovely. Likes the pool was indoors (it was a bit cooler and it rained a bit) but had lovely skylights so well out. The spa was great as was the sauna. The lagoon is huge and great for water activities. The staff were great with communication and check in was a breeze

It wasn’t as close to the beach as I would have liked (I really like to see the water ha) but a quick walk to the Hastings river for my morning walk! Driving to the beach (town beach) was about 10mins but easy to park etc.

Queen beds were comfortable (didn't use any single beds upstairs). Had a kitchen and washing machine, booked through booking.com and got a reasonable price. Read a review you have to pay for electricity that used, called reception before staying and they confirmed no electricity is to be paid if you booked through booking.com

There was dust hanging down in the wardrobe that had not been cleaned, curtain was not properly hanging and lounge was not too comfortable but these are minor, nice place though.

The bungalows were spacious and comfy, having almost everything necessary for a good stay. It was very clean and peaceful. There was air conditioning and tv's most rooms. The staff, especially Ava, were super friendly too! There were a wide range of activities that the whole family enjoyed. One of my favourite memories was canoeing in the lake. Overall, it was a wonderful place to visit, we highly recommend it!

The hard water. We were visiting from Sydney and wasn't a big fan of it. There should've been a few more kitchen utensil, as that would have been helpful.

Great size with lots of beds, good ish amenities, easy going receptionist/front of house staff. Coffee available I think. My kids (and husband) loved the Santa visits with lollies - thank you!

Dirty linen and nappy left in upstairs closet room adjacent to upstairs bedroom. Floors in upstairs bedroom appear not to have been vacuumed. Told staff who advised they would send employees to remove but this didn’t happen over our three-day stay. Young housekeeping employees not friendly or professional.

Everything was great though during the summer season not to have aircon in games room and gym was a big challenge. I had to work a few days from for my job and my only break from sitting in one spot on my computer is the gym - though the fans were blowing out heat and air on wasn't working. Also the children couldn't bare the heat playing table tennis it was much muggy in the games room and fans were no located for the children's games area

Location was a little far out of Port Macquarie but a great deal of time was spent in the huge lagoon. The Hydro Golf nearby was a great bonus. Tennis courts were great and putt putt was available but not used. The bungalows were roomy and provided plenty of beds for our large group.

Unfortunately it is apparent money needs to be spent here. The Bar was not serviced in 5 days we had there and the spa was out-of-order. Equipment in the gym was out-of-order.. Gardens need a good weeding. The island in the centre of the lagoon is rotting and closed. Such a pity as it is a great place for families .
