The proprietors were very kind! Showed us where everything was, how the keys system works, offered a desired time for breakfast in the morning, which was excellent! Offered eggs made by order by herself. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from tarts, cookies, brioches, different types of yogurt, spreads, cured meats and cheese and more. A really great selection and service. The property is a mini garden of paradise with beautiful greenery around the property and on the balcony. The room awaited us nicely chilled by the AC which was a great touch for the hot day on arrival. I really liked that there was a parking spot always available and that there were bicycles available to rent in case one would prefer to make a trip by bike. One thing I can say: FINALLY a bathroom that has shelves/space to put things down and hooks to hang towels or clothing or other things! The property also offered dinner on pre-order at breakfast time, which we did not sample, as we were curious to try out local restaurants. Next time, for sure!

Free public parking right in front of B&B. Attention to details, beautiful garden and everything works well. Very practical. Jacuzzi on the private outdoor area of the room. Clean, on the open space, still very private, great to relax both during the day and in the evening hours. Cleaned daily. B&B rents bikes, great way to visit Sirmione and near by area.

Nothing. Everything was great. If I had to name anything, I could mention some neighboring dog that was barking one afternoon for like half an hour. But it happened once for those 3 days and really didn't affect our great experience.

Although the property is not in the centre, it is easily accessible and has free parking. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The room was extremely charming everything was clean and new. The garden and courtyard is an unadulterated Mediterranean oasis.

I don't know how regular it is, but during the day, a loud noise of some kind of work could be heard from the neighbour. As we spent little time in the accommodation it was not disturbing and at night it was perfectly quiet.

the location was ideal. We loved the room, we also booked a room with a patio and a spa bath. we had an incredible evening. There was a safe and conveniently located parking area right by the property. The host was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Very clean and cosy accomodation in silent and safety neighborhood in walking distance from lake Garda. Plenty of parking places nearby. Owners were super nice couple. Beatifull garden, excellent breakfast, good bed and nice room with balcony and jacuzzi.

Can't find anything to complain about.

The B&B is upkeep is absolutely fantastic, it all seems new and high quality. Andrea and Mary take great care of the B&B and its guests. As for cleanliness, just perfect. Breakfast with many option.

In a peaceful location, close to the lake. Cleanliness of accommodation was exceptional, beautiful garden. Comfortable beds. Communication with hosts from booking, check in and check out was easy and informative. Breakfast was full of choice and Mary made fresh scrambled eggs.

Best place we stayed in Italy so far! The place is clean and beautiful. The beds so comfortable!! And breakfast cute and tasty! Thank you for great vacation !

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, the owners couldn’t have been nicer or happier to accommodate to any needs, very homely and quiet. Couldn’t recommend more!
