I have booked two nights with breakfast at this hotel and I would like to thank you Andrei Dogaru because he took a special care of me and my friend. On the day of check-in I have received a call from the hotel, but I couldn't answer it because I was in Bran Castle (Dracula). Andrei left a message on my WhatsApp, that the hotel has some problems with central heating and they have for us, a nice 4* accommodation with breakfast as well which is located less than 1 minute walk from the Apollonia. Also he added photos and instruction how to do self check in. He was very polite, helpful and nice to us. Also, he organised early 'breakfast to go' packages for me and my friend because we had two, day tours which started very early. Thank you for ladies from the kitchen for a lovely food.  Overall, our room in a new place was big and beds comfortable. The WiFi was fast. Our bathroom had a good size with toiletries and the shower was strong and hot. Apollonia Hotel has a great location with a short walk to the Old Town of Brasov.  Strongly recommend this hotel because the staff will take care of you, regardless of the circumstances.

The host was great. So friendly. Lots of perks too.

The only issue was they should have had more people working during breakfast because we only saw one guy. He couldn’t keep up with refilling items. The coffee always had a huge crowd around it because it was a little finicky. They need two coffee stations. But this would not be a deal breaker. It’s a wonderful place despite this.

Excellent breakfast, included in room's price. Hotel location - close to city center, old city of Brasov can be reached by foot. Very quiet in night, no noise from outside if you have a room overlooking the courtyard.

AIR CON - old model and old style, very noisy if it is switched on. In October you do not need AIR CON, because city is located little in the mountains and it is sometime cold in night. Housekeeping is not done every day.

The hotel was in a great location - it is very close both to the old centre and to the mountain off to the side. The room is adequately sized and the staff were all very nice and helpful.

Overall, the property was good value for money. The breakfast was ok, although staff were always helpful when needed.

I found the Hotel Room very tidy clean and comfortable. The location is very central in the town with walking distance restaurants and a very busy shopping area. I was made aware about some very interest places around but with my short one night stay I could not visit these places. The Hotel staff made me comfortable and advised and guided me around the local and distant areas.

Good location of the hotel and breakfast definitely met my expectations. There are also enough parking slots, staff is very friendly and helpful. I look forward to stay in this hotel again.

Room could have been a bit more cleaner.

The breakfast was good! The personnel was willing to help. They have a parking, that is important. It's a fifteen minute walk from the centre of the town.

The cleaning was done once in three days.

The hotel is very close to the central area and the Christmas market. The room was large, warm and clean. The parking lot of the hotel is small. We arrived late and it was full, but the staff was very helpful and were able to find a parking space.

This hotel is in a very good location. Only a 5/10 minute Uber from Braşov train station and then a 15/20 walk into the centre of town. The staff are friendly and the room is clean and the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast is good, but sometimes they run out of things (such as pastries) by 9 a.m., an hour before breakfast is scheduled to end. It would be good if these things could continue to be replenished.

Very nice breakfast, continental and buffet style. The position is excellent and very near to the center of the city. There are dedicated parkings for the hotel on the street and inside a closed parking site

The sauna had benches with loose legs. however I told the receptionist about that and they promised to do something about.
