We stayed in room 418. It was quiet with a lovely view of the mountains. Absolutely loved the layout of the room. It was really spacious with a loft bedroom, kitchenette, living room and 2 bathrooms. We were thrilled to discover that it had a spa bathtub and sauna. The front Desk service was excellent. They even called to make sure we had everything we needed after check in. And were helpful in directing us where to go on our outings. We enjoyed the Irish pub and Old spaghetti Factory that were located close by. We will definitely stay again.

The only "negative" was the the parking fee being $25 a day. The hot water for the tub was very slow and the a few things were a bit worn. Not a big deal to us. Just mentioned because It may be for some.

I booked one of the rooms that has a sauna in it. This was a great experience. I hesitate to recommend it because I want it to be available for the next time I want to book it ha ha. In reality, the rooms and decor are dated, but the facilities are clean, nice, well taken care of and the staff is very responsive to phone calls.

I mentioned the decor is dated; that’s really the only thing I didn’t like.

The set-up with kitchenette, nook to eat, murphy bed - made good use of the space. The fridge is spacious and also had a freezer section which was very handy. The room was clean and had a fireplace. Very good for the value (I stayed there during the off season for a conference). It is very well situated - near the conference centre and grocery as well as the walking trails leading to Lost Lake. I really enjoyed my stay due to this convenience.

The alarm clock could not be disconnected (for some reason, it had gone off a few times in the middle of the night even though it had not been set and looked like it should have been off). This was an unfortunate experience, and the staff were very sorry and tried to deal with the issue as best they could. It would have been nice to have a kettle and/or some pots (there is a coffee maker and frying pans - and all the utensils needed). The other thing that marred the otherwise lovely experience was that it was quite noisy at night due to folks drinking and partying at a nearby establishment (which may be due to where my room was situated).

Location of the property is fantastic. Convenient walking distance to both sides of the village, upper village and trails. Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The loft suite was very comfortable. Fireplace was awesome! Suite had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. We were very happy for the price we paid.

We were informed the morning of travel that the pool and hot tub areas were closed. Not a big deal, but it came up rather last minute. The rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms, but again, not a big deal for us. We had an end unit which was nice as we only had one noisy next door neighbour instead of 2. Potential to be very noisy if located in a middle suite and the hotel is fully occupied.

The room had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Our toilet did clog as the amenities do appear slightly dated but the maintenance staff resolved it immediately.

Hefty damage deposit. Kitchen came with everything except some cooking oil which we had to buy, seems weird for a short stay. Everything else like pepper and salt was provided. The noise is a problem as the hotel isn’t well insulated. There was noise from traffic outside as well as noisy neighbours.

great location, pretty quiet, handy to shops and lifts, the room is a whole apartment with excellent kitchen facilities AND A SAUNA!!! The internet was fine once we managed to get it on all our devices, which was actually very problematic but the staff were superbly helpful - instead of just shrugging and not caring, two of them worked and worked on different solutions for each iPad and laptop until the problem was solved.

the only downside was inadequate coverage of the 4 windows and skylight, so it was never dark inside. Also, there was a surprise visit from a mouse on the 4th (last) night, but the staff were very responsive and offered us a new room.

Spacious suite on the executive side. Everything and more we needed, full kitchen. You can easily live here for a week or more. Two whirlpool baths, two bathrooms. A/C was a god send but was very noisy. It was extremely hot when we arrived. Bed very comfy, extra pillows and blankets. Ample storage space. Love the idea of the key card being a bracket, much like an all inclusive resort. It meant you didn’t need to worry about losing the key card. Good swimming pool and hot tub, but we landed on children’s holidays!

It was extreme noisy from the street outside, we were woken throughout the night. This is due to the double glazing which was only about 6mm, which doesn’t stop sound. There’s only one lift, which was an issue for us as invariably you had to wait ages or take the stairs.

The hotel was easily reachable and located right in downtown Whistler with easy access to shops, restaurants and the gondolas. The room was pretty spacious and very clean. Had a good night's sleep on the pullout bed. Overall I would say value for money is pretty good here.

Rooms felt a bit dated for my partner, wasn't really a problem for me. Parking is a bit expensive but I guess that's true for most hotels here. Some info about the pullout sofa/bed would be nice at check-in - we were confused at first when we didn't find a bed in the room.

The design of the bedroom upstairs in the Loft was awesome and in room sauna was perfect for my husband who was sick and loves saunas! The rest of the too satisfied all of our needs with well stocked kitchen and fireplace and tv for hockey night in Canada 🇨🇦 We enjoyed the outdoor pool with great temperature and also the outdoor hot tub!!

The microwave was way too high to be safe or cleanable as our family is on the short side. The only other negative is that we couldn’t stay longer!

I booked a Murphy bed studio. The studio was much bigger than I expected and overall the space exceeded expectations with the washroom, kitchenette, dining nook and sleeping / living area. GREAT location steps from the village stroll and the base of the ski lifts. AC unit was effective to cool the space & good sounds insulation across walls. We were comfortable in the evenings for sleeping. Overall very happy with this place and would book again!
