The location is great as there are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Downtown is 20min on foot or 5min by bu which runs opposite the hotel. The staff were also nice and friendly.

The bathroom door would not close when we got into the room. However, we informed the reception and they fixed it while we were out so while a negative impression at first, it was dealt with promptly.

We spent 10 days in Seville, Spain over the New Year's holiday in 2025, and this hotel was a great choice. The room was spacious, bright, and peaceful, even though it was located at the back of the building. The hotel's convenient location, just steps from the main street with its abundance of shops and restaurants, was unbelievably quiet. Getting around Seville from the hotel was a breeze, with bus, tram, and metro stops right outside. The hotel was perfect for light sleepers. The complimentary breakfast each day offered a wide variety, from breads and dairy products (including lactose-free options) to fruits and savoury dishes. They provided packed breakfasts for guests who needed to leave early. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The bathroom had some mold spots under the shower that needed cleaning. Additionally, the hotel staff could have been more proactive in replenishing used toiletries without guests having to ask. We noticed some dust and crumbs on the waiting area sofas near the bar and elevators, but this didn't significantly impact our stay. The hotel staff were generally friendly and welcoming, with one standout exception. Sara C., the receptionist, was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to help us plan our activities in Seville, providing invaluable recommendations tailored to our preferences. She assisted us in finding available restaurants with NYE menus when some of our initial choices were booked. Sara also organised an early breakfast and a taxi to the airport for us on our departure day. Her exceptional service and dedication were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, we did encounter one less-than-helpful staff member at the front desk, who seemed to have an "you can do it yourself" attitude when we asked for assistance or suggestions. Fortunately, this was the “remarkable” exception, as the rest of the staff, were quite friendly and supportive.

- The shower spot, and waiting area that I mentioned above. - The "less helpful" staff - I didn't put this above but this is minor to have an electric kettle in the room for hot tea (it is only provided for more higher range room).

Very convenient location. Rooms reasonably well equipped (missed ironing board plus iron!). Cleaning staff very attentive. We have to give particular thanks to all of the staff who worked throughout the electricity blackout, including reception team who helped us to rearrange our travel plans when trains were cancelled.

Perhaps it just happened to be our neighbours at the time of our stay, but you could hear a lot of noise from the corridors overnight and early in the morning. Not having facilities to press/iron clothes in your room is far from preferable.

The room is very clean and very spacious. The double room I stayed in was probably intended for a family as the bathroom had a shower, another shower above the bath and a bath. The windows went out onto the main street which didn't cause any issues. Exceptionally clean and the amenities include all that you may need. Definitely a hotel where you can spend a long term stay.

The pool area is lacklustre and does not correspond to the photos. Shallow pool in a concrete yard. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, causing neck pain.

Good diverse breakfast, large rooms, clean swimming pool and friendly staff who all speak english.

The only things of note are that the bidet in the toilet of our room was working but it was only sprouting very hot water so it was impossible to use. Also the room cards stopped working for us many times ( maybe due to interference with our phones ) but the staff quickly gave us new cards.

Conveniently located just two tram stations(or a 15-20 minutes walk) away from Seville's historical center, with the public transport station just across the street(which also has a direct link to/from the airport). Spacious underground parking if you need it. Very good and diverse breakfast with lots of local food. Friendly and helpful staff, and I would especially mention here the guys at the bar who were available to give you a cold beer even at 10PM :)

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel. For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but it exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable (bathroom in particular was well appointed) and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t use it but the pool looked modern and inviting, a nice touch. For a ‘budget’ room, this was excellent. Great stay and would consider staying there again if I ever find myself back in Seville.

It’s ever so slightly out of the way - but only just. It does have excellent transport links into Seville centre being opposite a tram stop and with electric bikes / scooters nearby.

The hotel is quite modern with nicely sized rooms. The bathroom is great with a powerful shower. There were a couple of small issues with the room (bathroom door wouldn't shut and the wardrobe door rail had fallen of its runner) but this didn't take away from the great stay we had. The room was clean daily to a high standard and the staff were always pleasant. The location is good but not for anyone who doesn't like walking. 15 minute walk to the centre...

The bed is very comfy and you wouldn't hear any noises from outside. The location is perfect the tram and bus stops are literally just outside the hotel. The reception staff are okay very minimal informations they give you when it comes with welcoming you. Overall location is perfect, room comfort is perfect oh also the breakfast staff are very nice and you get fresh fruit smoothies that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed ❤️💯🩷

Beautiful location. Walking distance to every place where you would like to go. Good connection with centre with all kind of transport. Clean and quiet hotel with beautiful swimming pool. Definitely value for money . Will return and recommend for my family and friends. Thanks all team for wonderful service xx
