The hotel is fantastic, the staff is cultured and so wonderful, I expected nothing else from Macedonians than kindness and top-notch service because they are known as true hosts. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay here next time I come. The only thing I would add, but it is not something that important, would be nice to have a bottle of water in the minibar as a gift for the guest, everything else is for every recommendation!! The location is good and about 18 minutes from the strict center for walking. Thank you!!

Perfect location, short walk from city centre, friendly and helpful staff, nice room, comfortable and big bed, big bathroom with nice shower. Room well equiped. The garage is good, but a bit scarry with abandoned cars and trash in it. But always better than on the street.

The room floor wasnt cleaned properly, we found some hair from previous guests. Breakfast was good, but could be better, I missed some hot or cooked food, like bacon, eggs, sausages,....

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They prepared gluten free and vegan breakfast for my boyfriend. We could easily find a parking place at the garage which belongs to the shopping center, but is free of charge if you stay in the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. And one plus thing to mention: all the beauty products they provided(shampoo, body cream) have very nice smell :)

Good location, the town attractions (Bazaar, Fortress, religious sites) in waking distance (some 10-15 mins). Excellent breakfast, very nice personnel. Free parking place (for those travelling by car), particularly appreciated in the centre of Skopje.

AC was not easy to calibrate at the beginning, it was more a question of intuition ;-)

Perfect hotel for business trip. The staff is professional and helpful for all daily needs. Parking is secure and 24 hours operative. The reception team were efficient and great with advices. Hotel dining is nice with beautiful terrace and reach menu for breakfast. I shall coming again!

Room Bar is empty!?

Good location, free parking in the garage. Rooms are big and clean, bed is comfortable. Shopping mall is in the same building so if You need anything it is very close.

The space for breakfast was renovated so we had to go for breakfast at nearby place. They had no buffet so You need to order and the selection is ok, but could be better.

Rooms are spacious, clean and offer good views.

In some areas age is visible. A/C is loud. Breakfast is a bit dissapointing, lots of choices but eggs for example were already colder at 8am while breakfast starts at 7 30. Would be nice if breakfast started earlier.

Nice hotel near the center. You have around 15min walk to the center. The staff is great, want to help you with anything. The room is large, bathroom is nice. Comfortable, large bed. Breakfast is great, if there is something else you want to eat they will try to make it for you. Garage is in the same building, used by the shopping center located there. There is ramp, you take the ticket and they validate it in hotel.

Free parking nearby, friendly staff, breakfast was good but little better last time. Clean room overall, spacios, comfy bed. Good location.

Room had cigarette like smell when we arrived and one towel was stained. Breakfast was little better last time.

Everything was great; hotel, cleanliness, professionalism and kindness of staff - personal approach -helping to meet your wishes and expactations, breakfast (i.e. making also fresh omelettes “on the spot” + (important for coffee lovers:)) getting real coffee – espresso with breakfast), parking arrangement… really good value for money.
