We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. The room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I was also impressed by how peaceful the whole property felt, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with plenty of variety to suit every taste. Every detail, from cleanliness to hospitality, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Everything was superb. Minor incidence with a staff but all was well

Breakfast staff telling customers to sit down and that they'll be served. She never returned . When I got up to go serve myself, she again came and directed me to sit down. This was so unprofessional and no humility was shown here at all. She did it to several guest who also showed frustration. What's does a buffet mean? I thought its self service . This was not the case.

Great location. Quiet and comfortable room. Nice bed. Carl and Gideon were fantastic at the front desk. They both remembered us from our 2 night stay 2 weeks before and took very good care of us. Vincent is a fantastic bar server and provided great service for us at happy hour and at dinner time in the bar. We enjoyed the piano player but really missed Thomas an awesome self taught pianist we had enjoyed two weeks prior. And finally Joseph assisted with our bags at checkout. Awesome hotel and outstanding professional staff that is super helpful.

Staff were excellent

We arrived at reception on the ground floor and were told to check in at the reception on the 3rd floor. We borrowed the hotel baggage trolley to take our 3 checked bags and 2 carry on bags up in the lift to the 3rd floor. My wife & I are both over 80. Once there hotel staff arranged to take us and our bags to our room. The taxi transfer from the airport did not turn up but the hotel manager arranged for us to have a complimentary evening meal as compensation - good service recovery!

Hotel is very convenient for the airport. Staff were lovely and friendly. Bedroom was very comfortable with lovely view on to the National Park. We had a 04.30 flight and they arranged for us to have breakfast before our departure from the hotel at 01.00. One free airport shuttle is also a great bonus.

We didn't like being woken up at 20.30 with a phone call from reception to be told there was a complaint and to 'Keep it down'. Because we had an early flight we went to bed at 18.00 to get some rest! She did apologise when she realised she had the wrong room!

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Nairobi. Excellent facilities, clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable bed for a good night sleep! The staff were highly helpful and very understanding. And the Brazilian restaurant next in the same facility is a must-visit place. I enjoyed the gym too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

It took a little longer to check in because there were only two staff attending to a long queue of customers. This should not be the case especially in the evening hours when many guests arrive. Otherwise, all else was great! 👍

The facilities were great and the staff was friendly especially the lady driver who took us to the airport on 26th Sep 2024 at 6:15am. I may not remember her name but thank you so much for your service. Keep being you ❤️

Miscommunication. During check in, my mum and I indicated that we wanted an early breakfast because we had to be at JKIA at 6:30am the following day. The receptionist said we could get breakfast at 5:45am. However, when we went to get breakfast at 5:45am, the guy at the entrance said it was impossible and that He had now received any communication on that. We had to leave without breakfast even after having paid for it 😫.

We stayed at the Panari three times during our East African visit—twice as planned and once unexpectedly due to a flight delay—and each time, it was absolutely perfect for our needs. From arrival to departure, the staff were consistently helpful and professional. They even accommodated an early check-in when Kenya Airways rescheduled our flight to Nairobi six hours earlier than planned. A seamless experience every time. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me!

The staff who picked me up from the airport were lovely as was the reception team and room service team. I like the hotel as its got good privacy for the rooms. My room was nice and big, a little dated compared to more modern hotels but non the less I slept well and the room had everything I needed!

A little dated and old decor, a few things not working in the room and for example the shampoo and body wash was located away from the shower which was odd.

Smooth booking experience, good communication and quick responses to question. A super hotel, convenient to the airport and Nairobi, excellent happy helpful staff thoroughly recommend to all passengers who are either on a longer stopover or staying in Nairobi for a few days. Thank you Panari I look forward to visiting again. Value for money, clean, comfortable excellent breakfast and efficient polite shuttle. Cannot recommend enough for the solo as well as groups.
