Typical B&B hotel, for the price we paid it did the job of a place too sleep more than well. We arrived late and only spent one night there so hard to develop a lot judgement. Clean and nothing to complain about. Location is pretty close to the historic center, all the touristic stuff is accessible on foot, yet pretty practical for driving-in. There is a municipal parking right next to the hotel, it's not free of charge during daytime but it's free of charge during the night. For an overnight parking we paid something like 2€.

We didn't check the breakfast so can't say if it was decent. It rarely is in this kind of hotels in France.

Brilliant hotel, or arrival and check in was quick and smooth, the rooms are almost completely soundproof, the hotel was full and we didn’t hear another person until we went down to breakfast. The beds are comfy, with twin option for beds which suited us, the rooms have everything you need, it didn’t feel budget at all, everything was new and clean. The man on reception was friendly and helpful, the breakfast varied and delicious, the best hotel breakfast we have had in France! There was scrambled egg and bacon, baguette and brown seeded bread, cakes, patisseries, good quality juice, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal tea, lovely yogurts, cheese, cereal, milk, jams etc. all buffet style. The breakfast hostesses were constantly replenishing and clearing tables, very efficient and customer orientated. We checked in at 7pm and we’re told how to get into central Troyes, a5 minute walk, had delicious meal at a pizzeria, will definitely stay again as perfect half way stop between London and Alps.

I travel to Troyes almost every week for work and stay one night. This hotel stood out as an exceptional value for money, not only for being clean, well-priced, and conveniently located but also because of its excellent service. The lady at the reception is always so welcoming and nice, and since then, every week I am staying at the same hotel :)

The only thing that they can and should improve is a coffee machine in the room and if the want to and can go more premium is to offer something to eat/ snacks in the room.

Good location near centre, with street parking right opposite. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good value for money for Troyes centre - would stay here again

Rooms are pretty basic, no tea, coffee etc in rooms and decor takes some getting used to, but then that's reflected in the price.

The room was spacious comparing the similar type of hotels. This is the game changer. The important ting to know is that there is plenty of parking spaces around - the municipality parking jaunt across the street and in the same street as the hotel as well. So, do not worry if you travel by car.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable bed. Great location. Very quiet. The price is reasonable. Very good overall.

The website you use for the booking. It would be nice to indicate the size of the bed, full or queen because it makes a huge difference. It’s impossible to find a number to your front desk for that question. You advertise the place as being bed-and-breakfast but that name is not appropriate because breakfast should be free at a B&B. You say that breakfast is an expensive, but in my opinion, it’s not. The name B&B is deceptive.

Parking was unlike previous visits . Public car parking because the private carpark at the rear was inoperable. Perhaps it could be repaired soon so will be back to normal- A great facility even with a very small charge perhaps after the repairs. Location great, walking distance to a place to eat. Room a bit noisy due to heat one had to keep the window open on the Roadside.

Could a tea/coffee morning facility in the room be made available?

We got what we paid for. Basic, but comfortable with all the things you need. Pleasant, helpful staff and a good breakfast. Excellent location near the centre of Troyes

Had to park 200 m away from the hotel in a public car park. For security we had to remove visible items and carry them to the hotel.

Spacious room for the money we paid. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Car park was closed for works but there were numerous spaces available in the public car park on the road in front of the hotel with CCTV so we felt our car was secure with all our baggage (we were on a stopover on way to the Alps). Parking was free overnight. Perfect no frills stopover hotel.

Would have been great to have a hair dryer in the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Comfortable room, nice big TV, very good lighting. Nice white clean sheets and comforters. Friendly staff. Very near city center with nice shops and restaurants.

The only issue was that it was a little hot and not possible to leave the window open because of a few mosquitoes. There is no AC. but we accepted that because of the reasonable price and it’s not that common in France anyway.
