The property was in a perfect location. Near shopping area and lots of restos and street food around. Ben Thanh is a 10 minute leisure walk.

I booked an executive king room with a jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working. I requested that I be transferred to another room. Again, sad to say, there was no room available of the same kind. Guy at the reception said that there are only 2 executive king rooms. Same guy offered me a refund of US$30.00 for 3 nights to make up for the inconvenience.

Me and my family enjoyed their continental buffet breakfast, which was awesome according to a 3-star hotel. We stayed 3 nights in room no 509. Everything was good and perfect except air-conditioned. The room wasn't cool that we wanted. The location was perfect and quiet. In front, beautiful garden and behind just 1 minute walking distance of famous Bui Vien Walking Street. Near Mac Donald & KFC,Vietnamese restaurant, Circle K, and 7 Eleven Mart. Near by top attractions of Saigon City can be seen by walking within 1 to 1.5 km. If you want to travel to Cambodia by bus, will depart just side of the hotel. Cleanliness was good and friendly staff. Overall, it was very good to stay. Thanks.

Convenient location.

Breakfast had very very limited options for vegetarians. And the staff was not ready to help. Due to lack of English difficult to explain to staff.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning had a large selection and was very good with a beautiful view from the roof. The hotel was close to popular shopping areas and walking distance to many good restaurant as well as Bui Vien street. It was quiet and peaceful. The shower had good pressure and water temperature. We were able to watch youtube and netflix after a long day of tours.

The facilities were clean however, we did find baby roaches in the tub. We saw one on our first night and another two on our second night. They were always only in the shower and no where else. Overall the entire hotel seemed very clean. The bed was a little firm but I still slept fine. The laundry service was over priced. We took a 2 minute walk and took our own laundry to a separate place and payed a fraction of what we would have paid if we had done our laundry at the hotel.

Location is right at the main bus drop off point. It was ideal for a 2 night stay not having to get in taxi or walk far with luggage. There is a park on one side, giving clean space from the the walking street side which is a couple of streets from the back of the hotel. We could not hear this as we had park facing room. Hotel has excellent sky bar with breakfast on this floor.

To be picky, the breakfast was not great and was unmarked to what each item was. The coffee was poor, not very nice which is disappointing since just outside you can get best coffee in the world.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent rooftop breakfast restaurant/bar on 12th floor. Very good breakfast (you can order scrambled eggs or omlette from the staff). Good central location opposite a park. Lots of good restaurants nearby for supper. Although the hotel is on a quite busy street, our room, and the air con, was nice and quiet.

Noise from construction of work next door .we were moved to another room as we needed sleep .

Value for money, breakfast spread is very good.

You have to walk a long flight of stairs to the lobby, however, there is a hidden elevator at the basement that can go to lobby as well.
