This hotel was in a great location at a great price. We were already around some good restaurants/bars/etc, and in less than 10 minutes we were right in the center of the more popular "tourist destinations" of Annapolis, like museums, quality seafood, & good shops. The rooms were standard hotel rooms; they were clean & comfortable, no complaints here. Parking was $30 a night on-site for those interested.

Nothing to say here. This hotel might not have a lot of fancy luxuries that you'd get by spending a hundred dollars more per night, but it served our purposes well and was worth the price.

Location was great. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice but not a lot of space to put toiletries. Room has a microwave and minifridge. Staff were nice and helpful when needed.

Room doesnt have dresser drawers at all. Parking is expensive on site and we werent able to find a space the last night. The hotel did refund that charge. King bed is smaller than expected and the bottom sheet was too small and kept popping off the corners. We brought our dog - more expensive than other hotels -- $50 a night - no real space to walk her and doggie poop station didnt have bags and the trash can was full.

Great location - less than a mile to the Annapolis waterfront and only steps from the stop for the free shuttle that runs up and down the main streets. Great value, especially compared to the much higher priced options in the historic district. Spacious and comfortable room, comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathroom with good towels. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

On-site parking is convenient but somewhat overpriced at $29/night - open, unpaved area with no security. One elevator was out of service which created some long waits - at times because the housekeeping staff was occupying the elevator and no one else could fit on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location is great. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quite clean. Beautiful bathroom (except for the swinging bathroom door). There was a small refrigerator, microwave, and single-serve coffee machine in the room -- fantastic!

We were awoken by the beeping sound of a truck backing up several times directly below our window on the 2nd floor around 7:30 am. Paying extra for parking and wifi (if you aren't a Hilton Honors member) isn't great. The swinging doors to the bathroom don't sound-proof the bathroom well.

Breakfast was not included; we ate at a great bakery/coffee shop nearby. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was a cut above what we expected. Best availability of electrical outlets and USB chargers we’ve encountered anywhere.

The parking fee is pretty steep, though not unexpected (street parking in old town Annapolis is notoriously scarce). Our balcony was cramped and barely able to fit two chairs — not worth even the $10 upcharge.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were refreshed daily which was a boon to family. There was a fridge AND microwave which we didn't find in fancier hotels along the way. Loved the amount of ports for recharging all devices. Location close to downtown and port. Bar staff at night was exceptionally helpful.

The rooms were small. Parking was a bit difficult, not possible on site but the staff alerted us to other possibilities which worked out.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, good location. Good bed. Price is very competitive for downtown (I was comped some extras without asking or complaining, which was a pleasant surprise).

Badly in need of renovations (they say they are ongoing, but I saw no sign). Old carpet looks dingy (but was in fact clean), rooms too dark. Staffing was obviously skeletal at times. In-room phones and messaging obsolete and barely functional.

Very convenient for me as the parent of a St Johns College kid, especially coming by bus from NYC as this hotel is barely a block from the bus stop and very walkable to the college campus.

Only complaint is that the soap was just about out in the dispenser, which I didn’t notice until I was already in the shower. Not an epic tragedy.

We had a nice, spacious, and clean room. Parking was possible but it cost money. I booked via Booking.com and my confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, the hotel's records did not match with mine. Fortunately, that was solved but this could be looked into to avoid future surprises. Great location.

The cost of parking

Came here for a wedding. Annaoplois downtown is fairly small, and this location is walkable to most anything you need to get to. It's a no frills hotel, you aren't getting it for luxury or to pamper yourself, just a nice safe hotel in good location.
