I would sugest that reserving sunbeds beside swimming pool by putting towels and then not showing up for few hours should be forbidden

The hotel was perfect for a family sun Holiday as you had everything onsite (food, pools, kids activities). The buffet were actually quite good quality compared to what we would expect from a 3star resort. Staff were always really friendly and the animation team was great!

The rooms could be a little bit more modern but for a 1 week holiday we couldn't complain too much. I wish there wasn't a damp smell coming out of the bathroom as much.

Very good location: 7-8 min walking from a clean sandy beach with a very shallow sea, perfect for small children. Also there are lakes nearby with ducks which give an impression of being close to the nature. There is a direct bus connection to the airport (Palma), Palma city, tpwn of Alcudia (a bus stop is just 5 min walking). A lot of activities for children (sport, pools, playgrounds, mini disco every evening etc), very nice pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is more or less the same every day but tasty and anyone can find something for them. Free usage of the washing and drying machines.

One day there was some smell in the air, probably from the lakes. The walkways are very slippery when wet. Especially concrete ones. Sometimes ants are visiting the apartment, even at the 1 floor. For adults the see might be too shallow, as well as the pool.

The location, the ambience, overall activities for kids are good. The activities at night like disco n other shows are great too. Lots of food items across all the time of day is a big plus for this place. Wide range is there for everyone, adults , kids .. Beach is very near to visit quickly.

Outage of power in nights .. Mosquitos Staff members(some of them) could have been more gentle

We liked everything. Location, price, cleanliness, staff, show program, food. It's a quiet hotel, many people with children, but it didn't bother us. Nice houses, although a bit old, but they keep privacy and clean, lots of space. The food is varied and tasty, although there are no different restaurants here, as there are at all-inclusive hotels. Special thanks to the staff.

Probably mosquitoes if you go for a walk in the evening to the lake in the garden area.

The animation crew were amazing with all the children. The variety quality and availability of food and drink was fantastic.

We had 2 apartments, ours was excellent. The shower head was sub par in the other and friends in another had a problem with the air con. Overall fantastic however some of the rooms need a little maintenance.

The facility is good, except wi-fi. The animation team was excellent. The variety of food is good. The events in the evening were very nice. The stuff is very friendly, the room is cleaned every day. The beds are comfy.
