Good and clean apartment hotel with necessary amenities…. Comfy bed , very friendly staffs. We stayed for couple of nights and we really had a pleasant stay. The house keeper ( Khush ) was very helpful. She is very exceptional with good guest services. The hotel is in good location, very close to Woverhampton Train, Bus station, and the high street where there are so many restaurants and shops. I will definitely visit again.

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure it was going to be nice, but actually for the price and location I needed, and a bed for a night after a gig, I was actually mostly pleased. The bed was comfortable, and bedding was clean and smelt fresh, there was a fridge, and clean kitchen, not a lot in it but enough to get by, a good shower and somewhere to sit. TV worked. And nice to have a bit of space. In a great location, 4 minute walk from the train station, 1 minute from the bus station. Lots of shops etc nearby. 9 minute walk to The Hall venue. Be prepared for lots of stairs, not an issue for me, but if you can't do stairs check before you stay which room you'll get. I would stay again if it was a one night stay for a gig or event. Friendly staff too.
Windows didn't all close properly, but as I was on the second floor it wasn't an issue, and I like my windows open at home, so I didn't mind that, It was warm enough for me even in November. The spare towel came in handy as a curtain in the bathroom!!! That was an issue! Even though there are no over looking windows, I like to have privacy in a bathroom. Blinds at bedroom window could do with some work! The appearance of the corridors could do with some work. Stained carpet and smelt musty. As a one night pit stop, I was in there maybe 10hours overnight, it was what I needed and I would stay again if I go to a gig in the area again!

Great location, great value for money, spacious.
A lack of utensils, just one fork, knife and spoon for two people. We had two rooms so we took some from the other room to equal it out. There was signs of damage and wear such as a crater size dent on a window sill and dodgy cracked tiles. The ice box in freezer needed defrosting. However, we thought that for the price and location plus a kitchen and sofas, you won’t get better. We think the bad reviews are unfair. We would stay again.

Staff were friendly and the bed was clean and comfortable over all great stay as it was only for a day was quite quiet too! No banging or anything we were right next to the bus station so there was the sound of buses and ringing but it was terrible overall happy
There was a sticky feeling on the fridge and on the cabinets and mirror and window on bathroom didn't have any blinds and the window was clear

A very good place. Clean, comfy bed, close to shops and train station. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. The house Keeper (Kush) is very exceptional with customer service. I always feel at home whenever I stay in this apartment. Will definitely visit again. Thank you 😍

Good size & very convenient location for city centre & train station
Nothing really, it was a good setup. If I'd realised it was an 'apartment ' rather than a traditional hotel room I'd have bought some tea/ coffee on arrival. Otherwise no problems at all. Great place

The location was very close to the train station and the city centre. There was more than enough space for stays from just a day up to a week. The bed was comfee and clean.
There was no obvious light switch for the bathroom meaning the light was always on, while you could close the door light seeped around the edges. The blinds were broken so light poured in very early in the monrning

Incredibly close to all transport hubs, shops, etc. Clean, compact. Friendly staff.
Bit of a surpirise to be asked for a cash deposit on arrival. Curtains could have been more substantial.

The location was brilliant. Only a short walk from the train station and a little further to the football stadium.
The walls/floors are paper thin, and you hear everything.
