The check in was so easy and the staff so friendly. I took my husband up to Sevierville for his Christmas present of a helicopter ride and looked for hotels close by. We go up to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg a few times a year. We will stay again at this hotel. The room was huge for a hotel room. The breakfast was pretty good. Your standard continental breakfast. Decent choice of food, juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

I really can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe having banana's at the continental breakfast. Seriously, it was a very nice stay. Maybe the molding in the bathroom (around the door area) needs to be redone. No big deal to us at all. The room really was nice.

When we checked in booking had the wrong pic listed for the room, so we didnt get what was posted, but Mason fixed the issue immedietally. and was super nice about it. He has great customer service skills and very helpful and friendly. then as we was checking out Kayla helped us, and was super nice and provided some suggestions on local ammenties like resturants and such. The hotel smelled amazing, pool was very nice in size, breakfast was delicious! beds comfy. will definatilly stay again

Location was great, staff was kind, and the room was neat & clean. It was also convenient to have the breakfast which was good. We had a great stay!! I would definitely staff here again & would recommend to others!!

The was a strong smell in the lobby that was very overwhelming; not a bad smell but very stout. I could see how this would bother a lot of folks allergies. Also, I'm sure this was an oversight, but our balcony door was not locked upon arrival. May want to remind staff to lock all doors when cleaning & prepping rooms for next guests.

The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and it was nice to see they offer different options each day. Our little one loved the pool and splash pad pool.

It would have been nice if the balcony rooms had some type of seating on it. Also if the room had of had a luggage rack to place your suitcase on instead of just having to lay it out on the floor.

This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. My children had a fantastic time at the pools. The only thing was that one fire pit was open and the other wasn't working very well so they had to turn it off so we really didn't get any time around the fire pit. The front desk person explained it to us however so I was fine with it. There were very nice guests that allowed us to roast marshmallows over the fire pit that they were using. Best hotel I've stayed at and a really long time. Thank you so much!

The butter in the breakfast should have been set out to get room temperature instead of being hard and cold but other than that everything was excellent! No complaints 😃

I loved the hospitality from staff the big rooms the way the place was clean and smelt amazing as soon as you walked in the door. The breakfast was great lots of items to choose from.

My ac didn’t seem to get cool as I like I like it 69 so I slept better being away from home I never could get it to get cooker than 72 which is really no big deal and was pleasant just I like to stay snuggled up and cool to sleep better when I am away from home

Room was good bed was comfortable. the service personnel were very friendly and accommodating and kept the room clean daily. The breakfast was great plenty of items to eat, and the gentleman was nice and helpful and kept area well stocked

the disappointments was when we booked, we were led to believe it had balcony, but it wasn't we were on the first floor to a walk out pad. My belief is a balcony would have nice view of the area and chairs to set on, the couch was very uncomfortable and need of a new one.

Room was sizable for 2. Very quiet. Nice TV plan. Very friendly staff. There was a pool but we did not use it. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a hotel of the same value. It makes the stay a super value.

This is not the hotel's fault but the road by the hotel is one I would not like to travel often. Busy, loaded with traffic and dangerous. There was no noise in the rooms.

Breakfast was good, people prepping it were friendly. Everything was nice and clean. We were right next to elevator which worried us, but we never heard it in room which surprised us.

Maybe I am old fashioned, but I would like to have some place to lay out my suitcases. We had to use the sofa and if staying more than one night it's not convenient to have to close them up or move them to go to bed. It also leaves no place to sit down. You want people to reuse towels to save water and costs why not provide some place to hang them up to dry, only place to hang them is on shower curtain rod. Something to hang up hand towel would be useful also. Lights over sink have two light bulbs on each side but only one bulb was working on each side using mirror was darker than should have been.

This was an amazing hotel experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean, safe and more than we imagined in the best way! The pool was clean and safe, the lobby was super inviting for guests. This hotel made my birthday trip super special and my husband and I are definitely going to book again next year!!

The only thing that I would say is, even though they have a super nice and cozy fireplace to sit around outside. It would've been nice to sit on our balcony as well. So, maybe add some oversized chairs or a stable bench for the balconies. Also, the rooms were basically bug free, however there was a large spider web on the entrance of our balcony door that I wish housekeeping would've gotten and we did kill a waterbug (which can be common on first floors) and a centipede. Also, the tubs are amazing but a bit slick. My suggestion would be moving the rails closer to the tub a maybe offer a bath mat. But we were very impressed with everything else.
