My husband and I came from Sydney for a wedding and we had two nights here at Motel Kempsey and honestly, it was fabulous. We were thrilled with how clean it was! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. There were the obvious staples too; kettle, microwave, toaster etc. We actually bought milk from the service station on the way in and were also kindly offered milk when we checked in. The couple (I think they’re a couple) running the Motel are so so so nice, can’t thank them highly enough for their hospitality, warmth and kindness. We’re not in Kempsey often but when we do go back we’ll most definitely book at Motel Kempsey again! Thank you!

It was all great!

Staff were lovely. There were plates, bowls, cutlery, microwave and toaster as well as the usual tea making facilities.

The bathroom. The bathroom door in our hotel room had a big crack on the inside and it wouldn’t close properly. If you did manage to get it shut, you needed to give it a BIG pull to open again (tricky for a child), which I’ll assume was the reason for the large flexible crack in the MDF. The bathroom and toilet could do with a little update, although they were clean.

The rooms were nice, the bed was very comfortable and the management was very helpful and friendly 👌🏾 the gardens were very nice. It was beautiful to see such wonderful views of the region.

Unfortunately, due to the cyclonic weather a little further up north, we experienced a couple of days of rain 🌧 but we didn't mind it.

The location is good, close to town. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and had good pressure. Owners are friendly.

If you're a light sleeper you can hear the traffic in the morning about 7am. The TV is not smart, not the biggest issue. We just watched normal TV that had some good shows on.

well equipped room, clean and comfortable. Free parking space directly outside the room. Located within walking distance the shops. Though on a main road, room was quiet. Simple things like seating and ashtray outside room provided convenience.

Everything was satisfactory and no complaints.

Lots of attention to little things- for the first time in 20 years of travelling a motel provides a water filling jug for the kettle. THAT little thought for the guest goes a very long way. I am impressed. Also, travelling with an oversized vehicle the staff assisted with parking on site. Again, high care factor.

Not much to not like.

Winston was quite kind to accommodate our late check in, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room is also very well equipped.

Things are starting to look a little tired and worn, but still good value for money.

Motel Ke.psey, is very clean and service is very good.

I dint like that on transport available, or taxi assistance. They should have different options of transport assistance special people from the Sydney

Location good as I didn’t have to drive on and off the freeway any great distance. For an economic stay it supplied everything I needed. Cleanliness was exceptional. I wasn’t looking for excessive luxuries but just an enjoyable break from driving!

Good value, quiet and comfortable

Stale smell in the bathroom but older plumbing does that. We really enjoyed our stay - information about Kempsey and Take away food outlets would be good but the accommodation was good .
