The location is really convenient for accessing the shops and metro. I would like to give a big shout out to all the staff ( reception, room service, cleaning, restaurant, kitchen) for their efficient service. Starting from the reception the Kenyan lady and the tall Sri Lankan gentleman ( sorry I forgot your names, gave us a warm welcome to feel like home. Then the kitchen and restaurant staff were exceptional with their food, service. We really enjoyed the food. Also the Sri Lankan lifeguard at the pool on day of our visit was really helpful. Again thank you so much for all these staff to make our trip enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel. Value for money we spent and hope to come for another stay .

I and my family had a pleasant stay at Novotel, Deira. The room, swimming pool, the staff - were all good and we had a nice time interacting with them. Our family being a vegetarian, our recommendation is that Novotel adds more vegetarian food options, as we had only one veg breakfast option each day during our week long stay. Novotel is located at a quite location with close proximity to the City Center mall, which was great. I can recommend Novotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The room size could have been bigger than what it was. Also, more vegetarian options should have been added to breakfast.

Clean hotel, new condition facilities, very cooperative staffs, good breakfast, quite ambient, clean and beautiful swimming pool, cozy but well facilated gym.

Parking area has one speed bump in the exist which is too sharp and damaged my rental car and caused some expenses. Drainage in the washroom was not located properly according to floor slope, and water remains on the floor. Pool closes so early we wished it stays open for more couple of hours at least. The refrigerator was so small and not so cool. The lights was not enough in the room in case of studying or writing,

A Perfect Stay I recently stayed the hotel and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and especially the Staff is very helping to us The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—delicious and with plenty of options. The pool area was relaxing, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made it feel like a home away from home

Very good location of the hotel, only a 5-minute walk from metro. There are several cheap restaurants nearby where locals eat — the food was very good. The food in the hotel was also excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful. The lifeguards at the pool were definitely a big plus — we were traveling with children, and they were very well looked after at the pool by the friendly staff. Overall, I rate our stay at the hotel very positively.

The reception staff is very good, services very good , other staff members were very friendly and good ,especially Nishel at the reception who helped me to extend my stay for extra ten days and he is a trusure to this company as he is very professional, keen , helpful ,honest and cooperative, location very good near all the facilities ,in front of Deira city mall.

The way (one the reception staff, her name Maurine) did my booking for the initial stay make me disappointed. Otherwise I like everything in this hotel and I recommend it for everyone, for the future I will come back to this hotel .

The facilities and breakfast was very good and worth for money

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, I have booked two rooms for my family and the receptionist didn't allowed me since I didn't brought my physical ID, I have shown all platform of approved uae digital proofs and he didn't accepted until we had argument on the same. I never expect such behavior from a reputed hotel receptionist. Due to the long conversationand argument with the receptionist I have to stay until 02:30 am in the lobby, where my family have allowed inside the room, I still didn't understand the logic of same. I strongly advise the senior management to look over on this matter and keep experienced receptionist to handle such cases wisely and appropriate way to avoid such bad experience to the guest.

The pool was great, as was the food (we had the buffet lunch, which we would highly recommend). All the staff were also amazing.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, which was a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was too small for more than one person however, so we squeezed three into the double bed which wasn’t ideal. I’d also recommend the local taxis over the ones connected to the hotel. We were quoted 60dirhams for a ride that cost 15 in a local taxi.

Food, staff, service, faciltiies, location and everything in between is great. This is my go-to place to stay in Dubai whenever I travel alone or with my family. I know what to expect and I have a a great experience everytime

Sometimes the breakfast area is too small to accomodate everyone and there could be overcrowding and a wait. Its not the staff's fault, just a limitation of the hotel/restaurant in general. Have to wait a few minutes sometimes to get a seat but its never a major issue
