Location of the hotel is excellent close enough to the town but not too close. Hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. The facilities around the hotel are nice and very comfortable. Have stayed in this hotel so many times and absolutely love it and its vibe. The added bonus is the pool area overlooking Mont Blanc it’s just stunning. My advice for anyone looking to stay here is get a room with a balcony facing Mont Blanc (pool side) it is totally worth it and the rooms on that side of the hotel are bigger too.

Rooms are very dark need some more lights in the room. I would love it if they got rid of the carpet it’s an awful brown and looks like it’s there for years. These are the only two things I would change about the place.

lovely facility’s for spa, and amazing location for centre of the town to get to slopes and restaurants/shops. staff were friendly and helpful on reception/bar/cleaners/ski hire downstairs all wonderful!

room lighting wasn’t great a bit too dark, but still amazing.

As usual, the facilities are great. A mix between modern and cozy, very good breakfast.

I am a returning customer for years. As usual, I have requested an underground parking for which I have even received a confirmation. Upon entering the garage, seems that it was already full. Quite disappointed and while calling the reception from outside, I get a very "sorry not my problem" answer from Felix. Not the best customer experience...Imagine I book a room, and upon arrival, reception tells me "sorry we are full, go somewhere else". I think communication with customers can definitely be improved, and while some staff are very nice and helpful, Felix seemed to not give a damn about people's issues.

The hotel has an excellent lobby. The rooms are nice with a good amount of space. There’s a very effective fan in the room which was really necessary for the heat. Got a bit stuffy, so needed to open the balcony door also. Great location. We had an early morning booking at Aiguille du Midi so it was wonderful to have only a 5 minute walk to the gondola . The buffet breakfast was very good (starts at 6.30, which was also great for an early start). Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really handy to be able to store bags in the luggage room. The Grepon Park and Ride is only about a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend parking there - cost about 25 euros for around a day and a half’s parking. Plus you can leave your car here even after you have checked out.

Room got a bit hot without air-conditioning. Good to be able to open the balcony door to get air circulating. Fan was helpful.

The hotel was in a great area, directly across the street from the bus station, which minimized my travel in the rain the morning I left. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. It was a bit warm inside during the day, but there was a high-quality Dyson fan in the room that helped cool it down, and at night cracking the door to the balcony was a good way to keep cool, and there was barely any noise from the street below. The bed was very very comfortable and I had a really great sleep. The breakfast deserves the exceptional designation on here--there was so much to choose from, both sweet and savory options.

One of the connections in the shower wasn't fully tightened, so when I used the shower, a stream of water would spray vertically out and wet the far end of the bathroom near the toilet

I’m a returning customer and it’s solely because of the outdoor spa, meaning an outdoor jacuzzi and a pool with a Mont Blanc view. The spa is so great that it makes me forgive all the minor inconvincies I seem to have with this hotel every time. The food at the restaurant is tasty and the people working at the bar and restaurant seem to do their best. Also MB views from the restaurant and some of the rooms. Thanks for upgrading my room to the MB side!

I booked a half board wich is usually a bargain in the Alps but this time because I did’t do my research properly I might have end up losing money because it seems like you pay 42 euros in advance and can then choose dishes worth the same amount in the restaurant in the evening. If you can’t eat that much (like me), it’s not worth it. I was here before the makeover, some renovation and rebranding, they raised their rates by some +20% and I’m not sure if the hotel is worth that money anymore. At the reception they have still work to do with the customer service (i.e. promising to call me when the room is ready, me not receiving that call and popping up little before the check in time just to find that the room is actually ready).

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice for every taste, and having the bus stop over the road the location is excellent. The outside pool and spar area is very good, could do with a bigger Jacuzzi as it only fits 4 people so you have to wait for them to get out and the shower by the jacuzzi doesn't work, which you should get a shower before entering the jacuzzi.

Size of jacuzzi, shower not working by the jacuzzi and even with the heating turned off in the bed room the rooms are still warm so we had to open the balcony door which resulted in noise from the bar by the hotel and also the binmen emptying the big bins facing are room.

This place honestly seemed too good to be true – a view of Mont Blanc, fantastic location, access to a spa, and all for a really reasonable price… but it was 100% real, and it was amazing. The view was breathtaking, the room was comfortable and clean, and the spa was such a bonus after a day of exploring. The staff were genuinely lovely – friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s rare to find somewhere that ticks every box, but this hotel absolutely did. Highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

The communal areas such the lounge, pool and spa are very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great as it's easy to hop on a bus or walk into town.

The room was on the small side but was adequate for our needs. Perhaps the storage could be slightly better to accommodate putting away big bags although we were did have enough space to put our things way. We did note that the toilets in both the bar area and the restaurant weren't very clean however the rest of the hotel was.
