The staff was amazing, really warm, accommodating, and polite! Our first night we arrived a bit later than expected (due to flight delay) and the receptionist offered us one of their superior rooms on the seventh floor. Not sure if that was a standard "tactic" but at that moment it really improved our mood. The room was pretty nicely furnished, tidy, and with an excellent view. Cleaning-wise it was 8/10. What actually felt like a nice gesture (and a luxury) is that the mini fridge contained 2 free bottles of water and 2 free cans of beer that were meant for me and my partner and, in fact, they kept replacing the products we consumed the whole time that we stayed. Last but not least, we did not have any problems with loud noises during our stay.. :)
The main flaw of the room was actually the bed. Probably queen-sized but it basically felt a bit narrow for two people. It also didn't feel very stable and made noises when you moved. Definitely not comfy enough. In addition, we had technical problems with the room tv screen as we didn't manage to connect our devices with it and also did not offer a streaming service (although promised in the amenities). Probably worth mentioning is that the breakfast, although it offered variety and was freshly made, it lacked flavour and after a couple of days it became mundane.

Great location for both Salford Quays and Manchester City Centre, with great transport links. Comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, good bathroom lighting, very clean. Good hot and cold buffet breakfast. Nice lounge areas. Friendly staff.
Food on the breakfast buffet wasn’t replenished as timely as it could have been, and some items weren’t replenished at all during our time in breakfast. Car park charges are extortionate at £14 for 24 hours and you don’t actually get 24 hours as you have to move your car after checkout. It cost me an extra £10 to put my car on the public car park across the road after checking out, so that we could make the most of the rest of the day before heading home, this was after paying the hotel £28 for what should have been 48 hours parking but was actually only around 40 hours.

Warm welcome. Hotel modern and well located for the Quays and nearby football stadium. Easy connections to Manchester centre via the tram.
Breakfast was poor. Orange juice was very watery and nothing fresh about it at all. The eggs tasted like plastic from excessive time under the heat lamps. A £2 charge to have fresh eggs prepared! Overall, the breakfast standards did not live up to the rest of the hotel. We stayed two nights and decided not to bother the second morning which was disappointing. A little effort in this area could make such a difference.

Staff were so friendly. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was great - the shower was particularly good! Good room facilities like hair dryer and iron. Right next to the tram line and good parking - although wish this was included in the price.
Our room wasn’t cleaned until 5:30pm the next day so when we came back after a day out the room was still in the middle of being cleaned so it would have been nice to have a fresh room to come back to. Also the room wasn’t fully cleaned - probably because we came back so they quickly finished up but the towels weren’t removed etc. it didn’t affect our stay but could have been cleaned earlier. Secondly we were told the room service was 24/7 however it’s not because I couldn’t get a coffee to the room during breakfast time so I did explain to the receptionist that this isn’t 24/7 service despite still being told it was.

Staff, Room (but see below), Location, Breakfast, Ability to take dog
Room 218 - Room fine but air conditioning not working - working but not making room cool in any way - temperature stayed at around 25-26 degrees. So first night very hot and uncomfortable. Staff very helpful and got it "checked" by maintenance ("working") - but they could not make it cool the room either. To be fair, they offered a change in room and supplied a fan, so second night somewhat better. I understand this is not the first time they have had such problems...

Room was very nice and plenty of room separate bathroom wardrobes tea coffee making facilities with a small fridge and two complimentary bottles of cold water with chilled glasses . The price was an excellent deal I got .
We had food the previous night as we had booked a hotel next to this ( mistake on my part ) tge food was lovely so we had went to eat on the night we booked in here but the chef had walked out . Which meant we had to go outside in very cold stormy weather to get food . Other than this small inconvenience the hotel is superb the deluxe room is a must and the view was fantastic

This time a lady at the reception wasn’t customer oriented. I stayed here for several times and service was exceptional, but not this time. When I asked to give me another room (because I booked with a view, but was given a room at the parking side) she gave me a room with the worst location- opposite the lifts that is the nosiest place on the floor. When I returned and asked why she hadn’t mentioned that she grinned and asked her colleague to deal with me. Her colleague was nice. It seems to me as the hotel is under a new manager…

The hotel exceeded my expectations, very pleasantly surprised. It is in a great location with landmarks close by. 15-minute drive to Trafford shopping centre. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Very pleasant atmosphere. Quality at a reasonable price. WiFi connectivity was perfect. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beds. A good variety of breakfast includes vegetarian options on request at no additional costs. Would highly recommend and will be planning a return.
The only thing I can pick at is the lack of a vanity mirror above the desk - it would have been great to be able to sit and apply make-up (mirrors were in the bathroom and on the room door).

Friendly staff, exceptionally large clean room with added extras, slippers, water and beer in fridge - complimentary. Bedding and towels spotless and very white. Towels extra large and thick Comfortable beds and quiet at night time enabling good sleep
Only negative over half hour from Trafford Centre which needed taxi journey. Also parking at hotel a little difficult especially if needing electric charging points with cars not using charging points but using spaces No negative in relation to actual hotel

A smart contemporary hotel with a luxurious vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. It has a good sized car park (fee applies ) so parking not a problem, but also handy for the tram to get into Manchester. Short stroll to The Lowry so well placed if you are attending a performance or event there. We would definitely stay there again.
The room was very comfortable with an enormous bed and effective black-out curtains for a good night's sleep HOWEVER there was a very noisy fridge in the room which stopped us getting any sleep until I got up and switched it off at the plug socket. The fridge only had water in it so not sure how necessary it is. Otherwise all fine.
