- The hosts - Amanda and her sister were always helpful and available for questions - The room was very big, had everthing we needed, the beds were hard enough and good - Air condition in the living room was good enough to cool the rooms also. There are ventillators in the rooms also, and those were rarely used because it was good enough - We had two toilets and two showers, so we could really get the showers going well - Location was great, while it's not on the central street, it's close enough, there are many buses that can take you there even if you are with kids and (the center is like 3 stops from there), and there are many things in a walking distance - The Jewish quarter, Zoo cafe, many others - Spar, Tesco and an ATM 5 minutes away - There are even recycling cans which I really liked!

Generally I pretty much liked it all!, if I need to say something: - It's a fully renovated please inside an old building which is beautiful but has the plumbing of an old building...

Great apartment for a group of 7. Facilities and hospitality was 10/10! Location was excellent.

For the money it was really good really spacious. The location was fabulous central to everything. We mainly walked everywhere as its great just coming across the sights. I never met the staff but we text on wats app and every question was answered perfectly with knowledge and clarity. The bulb in the kitchen went I messaged it was replaced very quickly. I might suggest supplying a toaster us Brits love our toast.

The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and large and the rooms all had fans, which we didn't need as the apartment was quite cool. The balconies are small but nice to sit out on in hot weather. Our host was lovely and very accommodating, ensuring the apartment was ready for us when we arrived, communicating with us to supply information and make sure we had everything we needed, as well as storing our luggage after checkout. The location is quite central for Pest and everything was in easy walking distance, including public transport.

From start to finish Amanda and Luca couldnt do enough for us.. they accomadated our early check in.. Appartment was warm and cosy with a "Welcome" bottle of wine left for us. Close to public transport and very reasonably priced.. No problem recommending this accomadation. Hope to return soon when weather is better..

Excellent location. Less than 5 min walk to tram/bus and plenty shops, restaurants, bars and takeaways within walking distance. Also a Lidl, Spar and Tesco about 5-7 min walk away. Communication and help from Luca was amazing. It was assuring to receive WhatsApp messages within the week before arriving in Budapest. Excellent description and video to show how to access the building which took away some of the stress of the unknown when staying in an apartment.

Through no fault of the accommodation, booking.com didn’t provide an entirely accurate description of the some apartment facilities but it didn’t affect our holiday so I wouldn’t rate it any lower for that reason.

Door to additional toilet wouldn't close/ lock broken. Toilet seat in main bathroom constantly sliding. Some noisy neighbours kept us awake from 12am-2am. Can hear footsteps/chair movement from the apartment above.

Excellent location with free overnight parking around the apartment from 10 pm to 8 am good for those who are driving. Good advice from the owner on what online apps to use for street parking and calling for private hire cars. It helps to mitigate our anxiety on paying parking fees with local currency or look for the street parking paying machine nearby. Easy video guide on how to access the apartment and collect your door key in case you have a late check-in. The apartment unit is spacial and clean, and it comes with 2 bath rooms and 2 toilets separately. Full apartment facility, especially the washing machine. One split aircon unit to cool your room rapidly and all 3 bedrooms come with windows. Lift access to the apartment floor. The owner is very responsive to answering your queries patiently.

The apartments are in a great location for exploring Budapest, they were clean quiet and spacious with everything you need. Amanda’s communication was excellent throughout, a great help booked transfers for us gave clear instructions to access the apartments as we were on a late flight and offered some great recommendations of things to see do and eat and drink whilst on holiday. We were also able to late drop our luggage on departure day which again was appreciated with again great communication from Luca. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment if returning to Budapest in the future.

It had everything we needed! Spacious and absolutely clean rooms, welcome drink, all amenities a family has at its own comfortable home. The location is perfect: walking distance from all important sightseeing. Also next to public transport also leading to and from all important places. We were welcomed very nicely, all our questions were immediately answered. We had a nonstop life whatsup connection with the property representative who cared a lot about our stay and offered us places to visit, to have nice lunch or dinner.
