It was in the middle of the island

Turned up checked in attended the property dirty previous washing outside, spoke with staff, went out in the evening came back ours was gone but everyone else’s was still there after 9pm, it looked poorly managed, bar was open, service slow and having to repeat orders several times and if your not ordering then listening to bar staff moan they can’t close early and moaning as they don’t get paid to stay open or muttering when are people leaving, I get it’s the end of season but still and for bar facilities being told we close if quiet - literally good people watching but service skills are poor !! Wouldn’t return again and caravan was ok, beds uncomfortable ended up sleeping on couch cushions on lounge floor - glad to go home !!

Good location. Great having a hot tub. Bungalow was a good size and nicely laid out.

Dining chairs were all stained.....should have been wipeable Headboards we're dusty....should have been wipeable Crayon on the walls The switch for the cooker was not noticeable so I had to find out how to light cooker Nothing major but clearly noticeable No shops on sites

The setting was excellent and there were lots of lovely facilities. The caravan welcome pack was helpful and the caravans are designed well. The park was nice and the entertainment was great. The pool areas were nice and clean and the mini arcade was a nice touch.

Our caravan was a bit tired. The toilet roll holder was coming off and it hadn't been cleaned very well: there were lots of thick, black hairs on the carpet, lots of rice grains around the edges of the flooring and stains on the sofas and walls. A hand-held vacuum to use would have been great and the caravan would benefit from a couple of towel hooks. The pool booking system is a bit bizarre; the indoor pool must be booked (which wasn't made clear to us) and the outdoor pool is pot luck as to whether it's too full or not.

Parking was great, easy to find The Lakes too. Lovely grounds, well kept too, the lakes themselves were ok to walk our dog around although the small stones / pebbles were not too liked by him - tarmac or grass would have been better. Very good base, easy to get to anywhere on the island from here by car or by bus (stops just outside main entrance). Nice pooch pamper box on arrival but as we paid £45 for our little dog to stay, we figured we’d already paid for it. The caravan itself was well laid out although looking ‘tired’, the bedroom with two single beds was very small if you had children.

Staff (x2) ignored us upon arrival, both doing stuff but no acknowledgement of our arrival until they had finished what they were doing. Confusion in bar area as to when ‘Happy Hour’ was, different adverts advertised different times. No entertainment, no use of outside pool, no wi-fi in caravans, glad we didn’t have children / grandchildren with us.

Luxury caravan for six people with hot tub, pet free. What can l say? If you want to live like home, it is OK because you have everything, a fridge freezer, a hob, 2 oven, sink, kitchenware, including groceries delivery. Also, there are possibilities to order food from the local restaurant or Deliveroo and Just Eat. All the areas are very clean, including the accommodation. Amazing hot tub, checked and treated every day. Located in the middle of the island it is about 20 minutes driving to any shore.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, but they can add a fan or something for hot weather.

It's a great location, in the centre of the Island and close to amenities. Being able to park immediately alongside the lodge was great. We had a lovely peaceful view of the lake and on the side away from the road noise. The bathrooms are good, very clean and with plenty of hot water.

There were only four place settings so we were constantly washing up or running the dishwasher. It would make sense to have 6 or 8 of everything! The lighting in the main room is completely inadequate, it definitely needs rethinking. There were lots of maintenance issues - like not being able to open or close the main door! Some were fixed whilst we were there but really I expected better. There are no bath mats and the floor in the main bedroom shower room gets very wet so I suggest you bring an old towel or mat with you.

The location was beautiful and the caravan itself was a good size and comfortable. The Christmas Market was also a nice added extra while we were there. The food at the restaurant was also very nice.

The only issue was having to pay for towels as an extra and some basic essentials like soap in the bathroom were not provided. This would have been fine if we knew in advance but it was not made clear when booking.

Very nice clean Chalet, our specific chalet was in the shade a fair bit under some trees so couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor patio as much (leaves from trees and shade made it a bit chilly) however! We were staying with our dog and were allocated a corner plot which had a decent enough garden for him to run around! Only other negative is the WiFi (there isn’t any!) but decent enough phone signal for 4-5G I suggest leave the screens and explore the beautiful island!

Large, spacious 4 berth superior caravan, cleaned beautifully for arrival. Tea towel and washing up kit/bin bags left for us. Beds were extremely comfortable and bed linen crisp and clean. Ample kitchen space with necessary items in cupboards: saucepans, frying pan, cheese grater, casserole dishes, plates, glasses and cups. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils in drawer. Good tv and the heating was really effective (we put it on during cold spell mid-July). Shower worked fine and had loads of hot water. Everything very clean in bathrooms. I'm allergic to animals and had a normal caravan and had no issues with allergies. Definitely no animal hair anywhere. Parking outside caravan. Park was very quiet and clean and no rats in the mobile home! Staff very courteous. Altogether a brilliant stay and we will definitely go back and would recommend this site to anyone. It was VERY good value for money. No entertainment on when we were there but this is clearly stated on the holiday park website as it starts later in the year. Take your own towels and travel iron as these aren't supplied (again this is stated on the website). The location is lovely, quiet rural area within easy reach of most places. Well stocked Coop just outside entrance of park and bus stop there with buses regularly going along coast to Ryde, stopping off in coastal major towns. Or you can get to Newport and get other tour buses from there.

Sofa did have a bit of discolouration but it was a family/pet friendly caravan so that 's understandable. It definitely wasnt badly stained or soiled. Otherwise very happy with everything in the caravan.

Plenty of room in the caravan - 4 adults could easily chill. Ideal location for exploring the island. Pleasantly surprised that bed linen was included - I was also impressed that I received a phone call to check that I knew to bring my own towels. Basically really impressed and I loved it. Even saw ducklings wandering about beside the pond!

Tiny tiny quibble: no wooden spoon and no spare cutlery I knew we'd have to "hotspot' for WiFi in the caravan and luckily that worked, but it would be even nicer if WiFi was available in the caravans.
