The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start...The room was exceptionally clean. A kettle with tea and coffee biscuits available in the room.. A communal fridge in the dining room with cows milk provided ..as well as breakfast cereals.English breakfast provided with toast jam and Nutella on the tables ..Tea and coffee provided at breakfast too..Host was cheerful and enjoyed chatting to you at breakfast. Outside is a table and chairs which was relaxing in a lovely garden area Its one of the nicest B & B s we have stayed in...♡

Fantastic country getaway. Dionne was a lovely host making lovely breakfasts to order. It was a peaceful farm which allowed us to walk the grounds enjoying the spring sunshine. The room was cosy and clean. All in all a very welcoming stay. Decent transport lines with the number 9 bus stopping close. Walking distance to both monkey haven and butterfly world. Got to meet the guy owners ponys, there's ducks & chickens who amble about. Some lovely nature.

Only negative, which is nothing to do with the B&B is lack of pedestrian walkway. The B&B have raised this with the council numerous times. Be prepared to drive or catch the bus.

Host very welcoming and provided details to assist in finding the property. spacious area for parking. Central location to visit the IOW. During this stay able to sightsee Carisbrooke castle, Osborne House, Ventnor Botanical gardens. All easily accessible by short car drive from property. Very clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Breakfast exactly as on the pictures.

Close to Newport, car useful because most places not within walking distance. Google maps directed to just up the road from the property, host helpful

The breakfast was excellent, we had cooked breakfast and it was perfect. The location was brilliant lovely and quiet, plenty of wildlife to see which was a bonus for us. Dionne was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble, I have to say its the cleanest place I have stayed at, it was spotless, and we have stayed in many B&Bs over the years.

We loved our stay at Goshens Farm! Our room was immaculately clean, and so nice and cosy to relax and sleep in after a long day. The bathroom was luxurious and modern, and our lovely hostess Dionne provided tasty breakfasts to order. Such a tranquil location too, loved sitting under the willow tree on a warm summer's afternoon - we even got to spot the red squirrels! All in all, a fabulous place to stay for our anniversary weekend.

Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Farm. Dionne, the hostess left nothing to chance, our room was immaculate, as were too, the beautiful tranquil natural surroundings. Dionne was very attentive, friendly and happy to help with any emerging queries and requests. So I would highly recommend this place

We had the room with the king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Everything was beautifully done and immaculate, with lovely quality towels in the bathroom, comfortable bed, armchair and chair. There’s a big fitted wardrobe for your clothes. There are tea and coffee bags in the room with cups and mugs and milk in the fridge in the breakfast room. You look out on the garden with a bird feeder, which is often full of birds. Breakfast is full English or some variation of that (Dionne is very flexible) with cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee. You are asked to remove your shoes at the front door, which we liked. You are close to Butterfly World and Monkey Haven and not far from Osborne House. Dionne is such a fantastic hostess, she’s welcoming, bubbly and funny. We would definitely visit again if we were on the island.

Very welcoming and friendly host. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable accommodation. Good location for local attractions like Osborne House and Carisbrooke Castle.

Only minor issue is concealed entrance to property on reasonably busy road, otherwise all good! Would happily return for another stay, no problem.

This is a small accommodation (annexe) within a family home.. the garden is beautiful. We saw a number of red squirrels over our stay. Breakfast is ordered the night before so there is no wastage. The eggs are from the farm and the chickens roam free. There are beautiful sculptures carved out of wood.

The bathroom wasn't ensuite for the twin room but it was ours for the stay.

We could have breakfast at our chosen time. There was a big choice of cooked breakfast and it was perfectly cooked and presented. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with an excellent king size bed
