Lovely lake view, in the room and from the dining room. Enjoyed the use of the spa facilities after breakfast, although they did become busy later in the morning. Comfortable bed, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Stunning views over the lake , a very romantic scenario . We had access to the hydrotherapy pool, two different jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and aromatherapy saunas. It was an incredible experience. Everything was spotless clean, staff was so polite and friendly. The restaurant is gourmet but the food was very special and the deserts to die for.

Location, views, facilities, helpful staff and good breakfast.

A very small thing but I only had one pint of Peroni in the hotel and it tasted strange. It put me off buying another. I felt the hotel could have adjusted the kitchen times for festival goers, I would rather have bought a meal from the hotel than the catering stands at the festival. The difficulty in getting from and to Fishguard ferry port (no taxis, steep hill) isn’t insurmountable as it is only about a mile (we walked on arrival as it was downhill) and it’s possible to get a bus a couple of stops to avoid the hill climb.

The room was excellent, good space, very nice bathroom, and super comfortable bed. The spa access was also very nice, and the products in the room and bathroom are amazing. Also the overall feel of the hotel is definitely very nice, its very authentic and classy, and set on beautiful grounds, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just a little note on the breakfast, the choices were really nice, the coffee was good as well. My boy didn't quite like the sausages, he said they were dry, but overall it was nice to have cooked and continental breaksfast choices. The extra bed for the child was not very comfy, but the main bed was excellent

Lovely location, very clean, and the most friendly welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast menu. Our evening meal was out of this world.

The room was a little tired, but this did not detract from the amazing stay.

Staff were really lovely! We really liked the interior of the bedroom and loved the outdoor spa area. We had dinner on one of the nights which was delicious. Location was great with really lovely views. It was super close to the ferry port and there's lots of parking.

Limited choice on the continental breakfast options, it would have been lovely to have cheese and cold meats available. I didn't realise that you could offer breakfast made to order, so it would have been great to have a breakfast made to order menu at tables to make it more apparent. Indoor spa area and changing rooms were a little dated and would benefit from a refurb and nicer wash products.The spa drinking water dispenser was warm and would really benefit from having chilled water or at least a jug of iced water at hand.

Food was good in the restaurant.

Extremely poor lighting in the bathroom. Very difficult to shave.

Mold in the sauna , steam , needs to be cleaned .... the room was slightly dated ..could update with a coffee machine and should have alternative milk ..

Rooms are comfortable and of good size . Breakfast is buffet style which is plentiful cereal pastry fresh fruit full English or continental (no meats or cheeses) or order fresh cooked Spa kids are limited to pool only nice facilities 3 saunas (only 2 in working conditions) hot tub (external) jacuzzi steam room all great for relaxation there are also treatments (which I didn't try but seems really good options) fresh supplies of towels slippers gowns Excellent food in the Brasserie in the evening tasty well presented and a great selection of alcohol wines beers and spirits. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient .The grounds are a great space with a magnificent lake.

Being picky the maintenance of the decor we stayed on the 1st floor the stairs handlebar on the stairs was loose. In the spa feet on the sofas broken. Bedroom lock on the bathroom didn't work (room 21) it didn't effect our stay at all
