Restaurant menu in evening restricted and not changed over our four day stay but plenty of other places to eat out locally

Stunning views over the lake , a very romantic scenario . We had access to the hydrotherapy pool, two different jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and aromatherapy saunas. It was an incredible experience. Everything was spotless clean, staff was so polite and friendly. The restaurant is gourmet but the food was very special and the deserts to die for.

Lovely lake view, in the room and from the dining room. Enjoyed the use of the spa facilities after breakfast, although they did become busy later in the morning. Comfortable bed, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely location, very clean, and the most friendly welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast menu. Our evening meal was out of this world.

The room was a little tired, but this did not detract from the amazing stay.

Mold in the sauna , steam , needs to be cleaned .... the room was slightly dated ..could update with a coffee machine and should have alternative milk ..

Rooms are comfortable and of good size . Breakfast is buffet style which is plentiful cereal pastry fresh fruit full English or continental (no meats or cheeses) or order fresh cooked Spa kids are limited to pool only nice facilities 3 saunas (only 2 in working conditions) hot tub (external) jacuzzi steam room all great for relaxation there are also treatments (which I didn't try but seems really good options) fresh supplies of towels slippers gowns Excellent food in the Brasserie in the evening tasty well presented and a great selection of alcohol wines beers and spirits. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient .The grounds are a great space with a magnificent lake.

Being picky the maintenance of the decor we stayed on the 1st floor the stairs handlebar on the stairs was loose. In the spa feet on the sofas broken. Bedroom lock on the bathroom didn't work (room 21) it didn't effect our stay at all

The location is great - 5 minutes from the ferry, convenient for travelling anywhere on the island, in its own open grounds well away from the road and nearby shops, so it is quiet and peaceful but not cut off. The room was spacious, attractively furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is unexpectedly large and well equipped - sauna, jacuzzi etc, and there was a complete range of beauty therapies. The food was delicious, a good selection of a few standard simple choices but fresh and healthy, especially the choice and quality of breakfast e.g eggs Benedict. The staff were very good - friendly and knowledgeable when asked, but not intrusive. Lovely view over the lake from the dining areas. The hotel was quiet despite it being a school holiday week ( late October) and we couldnt work out why as it is so attractive.

No outside lights on, despite they were there. We were expecting that romantic chilled back moment on the outside decking. No background music in the bar at 10 pm, yet they had it at breakfast

Friendly welcoming staff and amazing food at the wedding we were attending. Perfect attention to detail for the whole wedding for guests. Great venue and great position. We would definitely return for another stay.

We were very disappointed that the TV in our room wasn’t working. There was no signal. We mentioned it on checkout only to be told they were having trouble with some TVs and new ones were arriving soon as something had been switched off. I did point out that we should have warned of this on arrival at the hotel. The price we paid we believe there should have been a TV in working order!
