At the risk of gushing ,we loved absolutely everything and might well run out of superlatives..... Paula was a delightful ,welcoming hostess. Her beautiful Victorian house has been decorated throughout in the most stylish manner, without destroying the original grandeur of the propertyHer choices of colourt are light, subtle, inspired and original. There were so many thoughtful and artistic touches wherever you looked. Our spacious room,'Tennyson ,'was at the top of the house.Every comfort was provided :beautiful bedlinen ,comfy beds, bathrobes, plenty of storage space ,interesting artwork, fresh flowers, fruit ,bottled water and chocolate treats every day.It was so luxurious..The ensuite was ingenious, with a deep square bath and shower,,designed to fit under the sloping ceiling.Toiletries and towels were of high quality and even the toilet paper was finished with an intricate version of a smart triangle! Very impressive. There was a comfortable sitting room for guests on the ground floor, with a different , tasteful colour scheme and loads of books to borrow.Breakfast was served in a lower floor,in the conservatory overlooking the pretty garden. The few tables were impeccably laid with beautiful, crisp white tablecloths and classy white tableware and the breakfast was an absolute treat. After fresh berries and yoghurt I feasted on the absolutely delicious full English breakfast.each day.My husband was rather more restrained and enjoyed the lighter options such as pancakes with syrup or scrambled egg on a bagel. It was all perfectly cooked and presented by Paula on hot plates. I could go on,but I think our opinion is clear. We loved our stay and would urge others to visit. The centre of Cowes is easily reached ,with pretty streets and, gorgeous independent shops and varied eating places. Since our return I have been nagging my husband to look at paint charts with me. and in return I have promised to declutter.Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Absolutely nothing! It was sheer perfection and we travel a great deal so have lots to compare it with.

Paula (owner) gave us the friendliest welcome, and throughout our stay, she was always able to provide ideas for exploring the island, etc. Breakfast was nicely presented and prepared with plenty of options to choose from. The room was very comfortable and stylishly furnished. The location is good as it was only a 10 minute walk to Cowes. The bus stop is closeby also. (It is very easy to navigate your way around on the buses). Would be very happy to stay again...

We liked everything about this accommodation. It was spotless, fresh, modern, and had little personal touches that made a difference. The breakfast was exceptional, whether you had the full English or pancakes. Beautiful setting, exquisite garden views. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect yet homely. Can't wait to stay there again.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. If anything, they've set the bar too high. It would be difficult to stay anywhere else after this experience.

Paula was such an attentive host. Breakfast was delicious and full of different options, catering for all the ways you wish to start your day. Fresh fruit was delivered to room every day along with sachets of various teas and coffees, biscuits, chocolate and KitKats. The bed was super comfortable and the room tastefully decorated. Our room was on the third floor and had lovely vistas out to sea and across the town. On our last day we were allowed to leave our bags there until we travelled too which was really helpful. Location was great if you’re trying to travel from town-to-town as the bus stop is a very short walk away. Highly recommended!

rom the moment I arrived at One Fifty, I felt welcomed and cared for. This boutique hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort—elegant, yet warm and inviting. Thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and chocolates in the room made a big impression, and the impeccable service throughout my stay was both professional and personal. The included breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!
It's located at the top of the hill, which was intense to climb but delightful to walk down into town.

Lovely property, our room was very comfortable. We stayed in the Tennyson room at the front of the property with an ensuite bathroom. It was very quiet and we slept well. We were able to park our car at the front of the property. Excellent location with a short walk into town where there are a good selection of restaurants and shops. Paula was a wonderful host and nothing was too much. Paula cooked delicious breakfasts with a good choice. We stayed here on a friend’s recommendation and we will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.
Everything was perfect for us.

This b and b is high end to say the least. The owner is fantastic and offers a beautiful, comfy and elegant place to stay where the usual top class offering are a level above. Great breaksfast with option of berries, granola, salmon or Full English. Truffle chocolate in your room with a fruit bowl, a luxurious bedroom and residence access 24-7 with your own key .......and drive space..... and is car and motorcycle friendly. They smashed it! If I'm in the Isle of Wight again...like Arnie....I'll be back! 🌠😎🌠
Twas All good 👍

Paula was so helpful with our stay, whenever I sent a message she was so quick to respond and very helpful. When we arrived both her home and our rooms were beautiful - everything and more was there for us in the rooms and breakfast was exceptional - lots of choice. If ever we visit the IOW again this would be our number 1 choice of where to stay - parking was available on the property and it was so close to walk into town Thanks so much Paula
there was nothing that we didnt like, everything and more was perfect!

Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Little touches like fresh fruit and water in the room just gave it a special feel. Breakfast cooked to order, good choice, fresh ingredients - superb.
The location was more uphill from the RedJet terminal than I’d expected but still very walkable from town. There is a local bus to Newport from M&S to the Premier shop very nearby if you have things to carry or are tired.

Very comfortable, clean and lovely welcome from the host Paula. Tea trays on arrival and fruit and chocolate in the room as well as a hospitality tray. There's attention to detail across the presentation of the rooms in linens and toiletries. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and healthy options in addition to a lovely full English. Between the two of in 3 days we went through the choices and everything was cooked beautifully. Location is good to walk in to West Cowes too where we found good places to eat in the evening.
Wind and rain!
