Everything was so clean and it had a clean laundry room and a gym, and breakfast was available and big parking lot. The property met my expectations!

I didn't like upon checking in the lady said I can't pay cash for a deposit and that they needed my deposit on my same card so leaving the following day, I I returned my 2 room keys and because the lady said that I couldn't pay cash my card was charged another time for the same $99.58 and I never got my deposit back!! I'm having my bank help me investigate so I can get my refund because I had enough money for my room and deposit and the next day I was in the negative and I apparently owed my bank!! The management did not meet my expectations!!

Fantastic switched from one to another good price though lower then initial said and switched and also love the breakfast comfortable bed lobby and courtyard nearness to parish and mall etc saving me on transportation spacy room etc

Only issue was a maintenance lady wandering in on me without permission once but she was spoken to by. Staff about this though a bit of difficulty communication room cleaning times did appreciate the little discount at the end I was given for inconvenience by staff after my stay but yes everything else was fantastic

I definitely liked the location. It was located close to a highway on ramp. There was food and a Walmart grocery store very close by. We did appreciate that they offered a hot breakfast as well as other options in the am. I also walked the property for a couple hours after dark and had no problems with unsavory people or not being safe.

The only thing I could complain about was that the tv service was spotty. Some channels worked and others did not. It was regular cable and no options for logging into your Netflix/disney ect accounts. The other thing was that the hot breakfast was the same every day, eggs, potatoes and sausage for 3 days. Minor inconveniences for sure and they wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

This was a last minute booking for just 1 night to get some rest while we continued our long drive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel looks very industrial from the front side and was pleasantly surprised by the well kept property. Loved the garden in the courtyard, it was very peaceful and easy to forget it’s near a busy freeway.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast (potatoes under cooked, flavor was ok on most things). Very few hotels have a decent breakfast though and this is not a deal breaker. I would def stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was a nice size and clean. There were a lot of options for breakfast . Loved loved loved the pure white fluffy bedding. Cleanliness way outweighed the little annoyances.

I wanted 2 queen beds and they only had double beds. There was no room service the phone didn’t ring the front desk or anything for that matter. The shower was usable but needed to be fixed . There was some burned out bulbs above the sink.

When we first got to our room it smelled like cigarettes and our tv had no signal and couldn't watch it but when we called the front desk to let them know, they quickly moved us to a different room without any questions or hesitations. They accommodated us quickly. DEFENETLY will stay there at our next game!! Great location and walking distance from stadium. It's a 52 minutes walk lol but hey we made it and it was ok, worth the walk and the stay!!!

Our room smelled like smoke and the tv didn't have a signal and couldn't watch it but it all worked out.

This property is near San Jose. It is close to a major road but has been built with some shielding from traffic noise. There is excellent parking. The room was good value for money. The bed was very comfortable and there were coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was excellent.

The room we had was on the ground floor but the second floor rooms do not appear to have a lift. The bathroom is very small, with towel rails above the toilet itself, which was a bit of a hazard! The decor could do with a facelift.

I was surprised in a good way. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this little gem was actually beautiful on the inside. The hotel goes in a square around the pool and grounds in the middle. The grounds are lush and full of green plants and flowers. They are well kept and brings a delightful ambience to your stay. The room was clean and easily accessable, we had queensize beds instead of the tiny full size ones, and the free breakfast was better than most. There was a make your own pancake machine, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels and more. Their lobby was upscale and the staff was very pleasant.

I like the location, it’s right off the 101. I also like the staff and the overall atmosphere, I noticed that a lot of families stay there. They have nice grounds and their pool and jacuzzi are nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and they have nice good quality shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers in every room. Their mini fridge is convenient. The breakfast is simple but okay considering that is included in the price and it consists of pastries, pancakes, coffee, juice, fruit, cereal, yogurt cups, and frozen burritos that you can warm up in a microwave. The staff is nice and they respond quickly to anything you may need.

I didn’t like that they don’t have microwaves in the rooms, this is a bit inconvenient for weeklong travelers like me. Another thing I didn’t like is that the keys demagnetize every day even if you’re staying the whole week, but the front desk is very nice about replacing your keys daily. The thread mill in the fitness center is old and it doesn’t work properly. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are clean. So don’t expect renewed rooms.

The breakfast is simple but has enough basic delicious items to satisfy. The room is pretty spacious surrounded by a cozy and large well maintained garden. The bed is comfortable and clean too. The staff and managers are not only friendly but very supportive. Especially, we have special thanks to Benny for his several helps during our stays there! Moreover, it's pretty convenient to access to many restaurants and shops for the daily needs. We did enjoy a relaxing stay there!
