Everything was great, from the check in to the rooftop bar to breakfast from Cartel Coffee to a long afternoon in the pool. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet Everything was visually appealing. If I had been traveling with a group, games in the courtyard would have been a huge attraction. Every staff member was lovely, and the popsicles were a highlight.

I arrived at quarter till 10, and there was no supper available. However, I know that I could have found something close by, if I was really hungry.

The pool area connected to the hotel is really nice, and even though its just by a bigger road, you cant really tell. All the staff i met was wonderful. On the weekends they also open a rooftop bar that was really nice. Also they have a popsicle bar thats very cute and nice in the Arizona heat !

Nothing really negative to say about my stay here, but to nitpick, the shower could use some more pressure. As a tourist its a bit far from most sights and places to shop, but its all a short über ride away !

It was a fun hotel and if you needed anything, you text the concierge who is very responsive. Ice is by text, plus an iron even though there's a steamer in the room (good for a holiday break, not great for a work visit). I loved that they had a kettle, again booked by concierge! Good breakfast at the Owl (forgotten the full name) on the same complex. The pool bar is great, but as with many places in Phoenix, closes at 9pm. The roof top bar is open though, but only at the end of the week, so check out opening times. The rooms were lovely, just my kind of deco. Staff were excellent. A good stay but maybe not for business travellers.

To the west, the area is more downtrodden, but to the east, there is a lovely shopping area with a fantastic store (about 3/4 mile away).

Everything! Such a cute and comfortable hotel. The decor was super stylish, the bed was comfortable, the staff super friendly, and the pool area was gorgeous. Even though I was traveling for work I felt like I was on vacation. And the touch with the complimentary popsicles, I felt like a little kid again. I loved it!

Even though the mattress was super comfortable, I didn’t love the pillows. They were too soft to give me proper head support. Everything else was great though.

Great pool area and drinks/snacks. Very warm pool and hot tub. Friendly pool/bar staff. Beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable bed.

Overall the room was proper, but it could have been cleaner (especially the carpet). Not located near the hikes and the downtown Phoenix area/Scottsdale area : keep in mind you will have to rely on ubers or taxis.

I LOVED my mini king room. Perfect for a solo traveler. It’s was perfect!! Loved that there was a great coffee shop on the property, too. Pool was awesome, as well.

The reservations for the pool loungers are wonky. I paid for the first day because there’s nothing stated that guests get complimentary loungers. It needs to be clear that you need to make a reservation and hotel guests get them free.

Clearly a lot of work went into the renovation of an older structure into something new/artistic. Fun thoughtful aesthetic in the rooms and lobby; the energy was wonderful. Rooptof bar sophisticated yet welcoming with an engaged staff. Pool area is simple, but effective with a kind/attentive waitress. Several very good restaurants nearby.

Pretty pricey given the location is kind of far from certain landmarks, but it seems hotel prices are higher than I anticipated in Phoenix. Pool towels were a bit tired/thin.

This is a fantastic little spot! The rooms are spacious, clean and the aesthetic is just right! The check in staff were wonderful and so accomodating. The Lyla swim club is the perfect addition to the stay and we enjoyed early morning swims as the hotel guests can access the pool from 7am before it opens to the pubic! The food and drinks were also incredible here and the staff are top notch! We are definitely keeping this one on the list when we need a little staycation!

I was surprised at how nice it was for the price I paid. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is next to a pool park (not included) that is well appointed. The staff was really nice. The shower was unexpectedly wonderful.

My only complaint is that it is impossible to locate. Although it is where Google maps says it is. There is no outdoor lighting and the hotel has more than one name and the one I used was not at street level, but at top of building. It looked closed except it had a popcycle store lite up. I stopped hoping to get directions and it was their lobby.

This hotel was perfect for a couple night stay in town to visit friends. The room was spacious and comfortable, the onsite coffee shop is excellent, and the property is really quite pretty, with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the swim club on a Friday, and LOVED that they didn’t blast the music or have a loud DJ set. Made it so relaxing.
