Very good value hotel in a great location. All the staff we came into contact with (front desk and breakfast) were really friendly and helpful. We asked for rooms near each other and were given almost a mini suite area with the 2 bedrooms opposite each other at the end of a corridor with another door that could be closed further down the corridor so that we could keep both bedroom doors open to that the 2 toddlers we were travelling with could move between the rooms safely. We also asked for a cot and this was supplied. The breakfast was not the best we have had in an Israeli hotel but as it was the day before Passover and the hotel was already changed over for the festival, we understood why this was so.

As we were in the city for 10 days this hotel was the perfect home from home. Excellent food and good service. We were treated very well as guests and plenty of public spaces to meet other guests. Clearly marked Protected Space and Emergency Instructions although we needed neither during our stay. Cleaning staff kept our room very welcoming. Gifts of fruit, wine and snacks were appreciated. Good management. Fresh clean towels and bedding were lovely.

Bathroom a bit small but excellent shower, bath and plumbing so size was not an issue.

Was on business. Very nice hotel with hospitable staff, clean nice room, comfy bad, hot water 24hr, AC, great location, 2min from light train station, 5min ride to market and city center. Good breakfast. Nice coffee shop (Cafe Shalom) and grill sandwiches (Ashtanur) adjacent to the hotel, also grocery store. Najla, from the front office, was very kind and helpful, let me check in early, set up a wake up service for me, which worked and is reliable, and let me work in the lobby before check in and after checkout and even arranged for someone to iron a shirt for me. Also arranged for me to store my luggage in a secure luggage room for several hours. Also sent chocolates and mineral water, and several hours later a fruit basket. Wow 😃 Also Mayson, from the front office which I talked with over the phone was kind and helpful. Bottom line, there are cheaper options, but when you come on business and need to make sure everything is smooth and efficient, its worth the extra price to get the extra facilities, services, reliability and peace of mind.

The staff is amazing. It started with a phone call from the reception desk prior to our arrival to make sure that we were aware that they have a free parking for us, and directing us how to get there. Later on they surprised us with a bonus dinner! Food was excellent and the service in the dining room was warm and very friendly. In particular I would like to express my appreciation to Ali for his exceptional service.

The location is perfect. The light railway train is across the street. We were literally minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The room was comfortable. Great bed. Good shower. Breakfast was varied. Hot food, cold food. Lots of salads. Many coffee, tea, and juice options. Housekeeping came at a good time of day and did a nice job cleaning our room. The manager of the hotel and the manager of the dining room were exceptional. Pleasant and helpful.

A hidden gem. The hotel is friendly, comfortable and (for central Jerusalem) reasonably priced. The room was big enough, beds very comfortable and the shower was powerful. Free parking at a hotel in this area is very rare.

Breakfast was not as good as many other hotels but it was more than adequate.

The staff at the reception was really nice and friendly ! The room was clean and comfortable, the elevators were surprisingly fast. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning didn't affect the room temperature, and the view from the window was pointing at another building..

The staff was both professional and friendly. The pool was an extra addition to an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also one of the best I've had. It's centrally located and close to the Machne Yehuda market that has great restaurants in the area.

Great location. Good breakfast. Having dinner is a big plus. Polite friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The only negative is the lack of tea/coffee at dinner. (although there is a kettle in the room) the drawback is small. If the administration fixes it, my rating is 10+
