Did not have breakfast. Interesting venue. Has a different vibe than typical hotels. Very comfortable with a great location.

The toilet had an issue with proper flushing.There were no hooks to hang jackets etc on, nor hangers for the extremely high rod. However when requested, a lovely gentleman promptly provided hangers.

Location was next to the Shuk, do visit it at night, bars and restaurants are open. Bed and blanket were comfortable

No breakfast, if you are disabled like me on Shabbat forget about breakfast that is available at another hotel. Reception couldn't answer alot of questions like nearest laundry. No laundry at the hotel. or where Sheruts are located. The jacuzzis always taken, also not handicapped friendly since you need to walk up stairs to get to where the lounge chairs are. Bathroom garbage can wasn't emptied for 3 days. When I took out the soda tray in the refrigerator to put in medicine there was alot of mold there. Construction by the hotel but if you wake early 8am it doesn't disturb your sleep. Taxi can't pull up to the hotel

The staff and Management were friendly, kind and warm and welcoming. It is so nice to walk in to a hotel and have the added benefit of friendly staff and management. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. The Hotel served vine leaf snacks at the end of the day with dates and Arak which was a nice touch and the water containers contained Mint or Lemon and Apple pieces naturally flavoured with the above items soaking in the water, served 24/7 in the lobby. It was refreshing to taste. The Lobby is decorated uniquely and is very comfortable. The location is wonderful too. One is close to everything and walking distance to the old city and anywhere really and if needed, the light rail is a few steps away.

I am not a great fan of curtains but I saw their purpose. Blinds would be better in some places. Apart from this, everything was excellent and I will definitely stay there again and again and again.

I came with my son and asked before we came to separate the beds but they did not. when we arrived and I saw the two singles with one sheet, made like a double bed, I asked they send someone to change it. they say they did not have anyone to send. I thought I would find extra sheets in the room but there wasnt. by that time there was no one to ask for sheets downstairs. we slept very very poorly. turned a nice night into a nightmare.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms with very good beds. I had an urban room which was fine, although had an oddly small window. I was there as the 2023 war kicked off and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, they provided stellar service, thank you!

There is construction work next door, but you're warned about it before you book and unless you want a long lie in in the mornings it's not a problem (just bring some earplugs if you do want a lie-in).

The hotel is very well located in Jerusalem. The entrance hall has a very good vibe with complimentary coffee / tea / water. Staff was very welcoming. We have been upgraded to a room with an outdoor jacuzzi and it was lovely

unfortunately there are very important building works nearby and during the day the ambiance it is quite noisy. We were advised before travelling and there is nothing more the property can do. Just something to be aware off for now

location 3 min walk from Machne Yehuda market. room was clean, not big but comfy enough. great value for money.

the porch’s view is directly to a construction site. we stayed on Friday so it wasn’t working so we didn’t mind, but during the week it’s probably uncomfortable

Amazing shower, with very hot water. I understood this is an issue in Jerusalem, to find a hotel with hot water. The staff, especially Tomy( Tomer) was amazing, very empathic and helpful. The room excellent for a single use, the bed large and comfy, I appreciated a lot the chocolate and the bottle of wine, the water and free coffee in the lobby. Very close to the old city, on sabbath you can walk till Jaffa gate, close to the public transport, close to the bank, you can withdraw money without commission. There are a lot of bancomat in the old town, but all of them charge you a commission. (16 nis).

You don t have a hanger for the jacket in the room, and also for the wed towels. There is something in a corner but that corner it s not very clean. No hair dryer. Outside they are building something so the site is under construction; there is noise, but not that much.

The staff was very accommodating. The location is perfect. You can get by foot practically anywhere. Also light rail si close by. The room was very comfortable and clean. I recommend. Its a great value for money and i will definitely go back. Thank you

The fact that you need to go to another hotel for breakfasr

The location is really good. Tram in the same street connecting the center and the train station. We stayed 3 nights and we had a room in the other side of the construction site, so no noise. We were upgraded to a room with jacuzzi in the balcony. Staff was friendly. There was free coffee and tea in reception, nice after a long day. They left also some chocolates in the room. We had breakfast in the restaurant nearby. You can get the vouchers in reception.
