The staff was very gentle, the ambiance was calm and cozy, the terraces offered a breathtaking view of the city. The room was well designed and comfortable, provided with a wardrobe with a mirror on its doors. The bathroom was little, minimal, but efficient. The lighting is relaxing and we had a window on the east, all over the city, since the hotel is located in the highest floors of a 15-floor building. Outside our room there was a hall with a small kitchenette, water machine (and coffee/tea bags) and a couple of tables. Going to and from the hotel is easy since there are two elevators, one serves for shabbat. The location is perfect, in the middle of the town, in front of the tram and close to various restaurants and mini markets, other than the famous shuk of Jerusalem

The employee who checked us in made some mess with my credit card, although he was friendly, super polite and careful. The shabbat elevator makes everything slower when it comes to go up/down. The hairdryer was cold, it took ages to dry my hair. The parking lot is located on the floor -3, there is plenty of space but the fee per day is 85 shekels, which is already a discounted price provided by the hotel. Many of the drawbacks are actually circumstantial and I am sure that they don't happen in general

We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in Jerusalem. The location is excellent — central yet quiet — and the view from our room was beautiful. One of the highlights was the huge terrace with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the furniture felt new and modern. What really stood out was the staff. They were not only kind and attentive, but they even noticed we were celebrating special occasion and made a thoughtful gesture that really touched us.

location is convenient, 10-15 minutes walk to Old city and very close to central city and market. great common areas where we could rest, have a breakfast and even a dinner one time after we bought a lot of food to try on the market . Rooftops are excellent with great views and tables

there is no safe in the rooms. also, not a big deal, but most of the rooms are kind of small with pretty small shower in the bathrooms.

AMAZING LOCATION, WALKABLE TO EVERYWHERE. PARKING FOR 24 HOURS WAS AT A COST BUT THERE WAS A DISCOUNT FOR HOTEL GUESTS (PLUS YOU COULD GO IN AND OUT WITH THE CAR NUMEROUS TIMES). THE STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING

ONE SHOWER TOWEL WAS COMPLETELY RIPPED AND TORN AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR ANY USE. DRILLING FROM A NEIGHBORING BUILDING STARTED EARLY MORNING BUT WAS ONLY HEARD AS I HAD OPENED A WINDOW

The view was magnificent and suits the name of the hotel. It was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and adore it. Location was perfect in the centrum. Near to “old town” and the walking street (Ben Yehuda Street). There was also a supermarket on first floor. A travelling company (Abraham Tour Jerusalem) was in 1-2 minutes walking distance. The hotel was at the station as a staff member pointed out. So it was very easy to take the “light train” to the “old city” and central station. We also took the train from the airport in Tel-Aviv with help from a staff member. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything they could. Someone came and checked on the television for us. We have never had such a welcoming and guidance before arriving to a hotel. It was very nice to be able to have coffee, tee and water any time.

I expected a more glamorous hotel. It was almost a apartment hotel. There wasn’t someone at the reception always, just unto 20. But we could contact the staff via “WhatsApp”any time. You could not have breakfast at the hotel but buy a breakfast in a coffee shop on first floor with discount. You had to have the card with you all times. If not you could risk locking yourself in a space not being able to get into the hallway. We experienced two nights terrible music disturbance in the next building but also it was “The feast of Tabernacles” when we stayed at the hotel.

We arrived after almost 2 hours traffic from Hebron tired and sweating.  We misunderstood the instructions to get into the building, so it was a bit difficult to get in. Once we made it and arrived at the top floor where the check in is,  we where greated by whom we think was the hotel manager, and a lovely Spanish speaking Helena from the reception. They must have seen that we where tired and offered a drink to what we agree. We chose a glass of white wine and were offered a complimentary bottle of fresh Israel white wine, enjoying it in the spectacular terrace overlooking the old town of Jerusalem. What a spectacular welcoming! Our room was 2 floors below with its own separate big terrace to enjoy the view. Room was small, but bright, and with all amenities outside in a lobby room like coffee and tea, wonderful! The location could not be better, next to Jaffa Street and 5 minutes walk from famous lively Mahaneh Yehuda Market. On our departure the receptionist and manager arranged a taxi to Tel Aviv Airport as it was Saturday (Shabat) and no public transport was available. Manager even texted us to know about our stay and wish us a good trip. Such an excellency in service! We will definetely come back. Congratulation to all the staff and thanks for their help and warmth. Bobi and Andrés

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the view- amazing . The location is very central.

The entrance to the building is in unattractive passage. The room had additional stairs leading to it that weren’t mentioned in the description , which was problematic for us. The shower was not as clean as I would expect for the price paid.

The hotel is on one of the main streets of Jerusalem. You have to contact them to arrange a time for check in. We just turned up and another guest happened to be coming out of the building which has an access code so we got in. Once in the lift lobby you need a key card to call the lift, again we were lucky as one of the staff was coming to meet other guests so she stumbled upon us and told us and sent us to the 15th floor where the hotel lobby is for check in. Our rooms were small but our floor had a balcony area to sit in the evening and a small communal kitchenette and seating area which was nice. There is free coffee all day on our floor and also at the lobby. The hotel is approx 15mins walk to the bus station and about 20mins walk to the Old Town Jaffa Gate entrance. There is places to eat and supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a nice place to stay and I would have no hesitation recommending to a friend.

Very little to complain about here. It has a hostel type feel but rooms are ensuite. You can however hear others entering and exiting their rooms and the floor. Bathroom is also quite tight especially the shower.

This property is in a convenient neighborhood, a lot of shops and restaurants around. There is a supermarket next to the entrance of the building which is very convenient to get something for the breakfast. Although breakfast is not provided, coffee, tea, hot water and cookies are free all day. A light rail station is right outside the building which is two stations away from Jerusalem old city Jaffa gate in one direction and three stations away from Jerusalem central train station in the other direction. We experienced two rainy days during our three days visit. The property lent us umbrellas which were very helpful! The manager was very friendly. She greeted us when we arrived and kindly shown us how to go around the city.
