My Egyptian friend always told me when it comes to hotels over there 'always knock a star off to get the true rating'. In the case of White Hills he was totally wrong! There is a reason every review on here starts with mentioning the staff & service. I have never had better in my life. It’s the little things from always knowing your exact order and preferences to turning up on the beach to clean your sunglasses! Such wonderful, hardworking and genuine lovely people. The food is fantastic. Special mention to Boscage Buffet restaurant. Amazing choice and constant quality. In particular Said the manager and our waiter Mohamed - they made our holiday. Also Clove is as good an Indian as I’ve had anywhere. We stayed in the standard double room which was nice, bed very comfortable. They look great, if not a tad impractical at times (open plan shower and sink doesn't quite work if one of you wants a sleep in). The downstairs rooms without the balcony are much bigger and better laid out, but on occasion can be noisier. Entertainment is also very good, something for everyone, from Zumba and Yoga on the beach to full on perfomances on an eve. The 'animation team' who run it are great fun and super friendly. Quick shout out for the gym. Top end equipment, brand new, good choice. A pleasure to work out there. Be under no illusion this is a real all inclusive (not with a load of catches/exceptions like others). Other recommendations - the boat trip to White Island and learning to dive with the in house dive team, visit to Soho Square (7 minute walk) and get a taxi to Farsha cafe, one of the coolest places ever!

So the only thing that initially annoyed us was that the beach does not run into the sea with a shoreline. Rather you walk down steps direct into the sea. This might be a problem with young kids who love to paddle in the sea. I felt that online they sort of hid this fact with a lack of clear images. We were at first disappointed but then realised instead we were gifted an amazing coral reef and it was literally like swimming in an aquarium! This is something the hotel need to celebrate and advertise rather than hiding. One extra tip - the in-hotel taxi company are lovely people BUT we later found out we were paying twice the price of the guys outside, so be sure to shop around if you want to travel.

Stying in white hills has been my third time, I can't complain about the service or location or staff they're a 10/10 maybe even more.. lovely management lovely staff they're number one in Sharm al Sheikh, My review is mainly about the crowd I think that people should be aware that it's a family oriented resort, you will be surrounded with kids and cartoon characters and kids activities. If you're looking for a quiet place maybe you should wisely choose a season where there are not a lot of kids.

The beach is beautiful and lots of activities like diving and snorkelling and parachute, but I think when it gets crowded it's hard to go in and out as people who can't swim will block the way and it gets a little bit annoying to ask every one individually to make room for you to jump in.

The food is exceptional and very clean. Staff are super friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to make guests happy. The facilities are wonderful, amazing sea and pools.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved by training the housekeeping staff. They were well equipped with cleaning materials but didn't seem to know much about how to use them or the hygiene procedure, which was really disappointing for such a wonderful 5-star hotel.

All was amazing

The hotel is very modern, the staff at Posh Club is far beyond expectations. When visiting Charm el Cheikh, one must stay at White Hills and book a Posh Club room. It is paradise on Earth. Again, I have never seen such a wonderful team at the Posh club bar, swimming pool, restaurant and kitchen. Samir, Mohamed, Abdelrahman, Hossan, our buttler Ahmed, Chefs Hassan and Abdelrahman and the whole team make you want to stay here for months! The food is amazing, like in a gastro restaurant. I want to come back right away.

Just to mention a few; Mohammed x 10, Abdel Rahman, Ahmed, Suzan, Amir (Restaurant manager), Samy, Kareem, Abdelrahman, Hany, Ahmed (front office), Osama (front office), Samir, Hossam, Rafik, Ofaa (Entertainment), Mohammed (Housekeeping)…….everyone was amazing.

The bed linen to be changed at least after 3 nights. Otherwise the place was clean

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at White Hills Resort and felt compelled to share how outstanding the experience was. Every member of staff we encountered from reception to housekeeping, bar, and restaurant was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind. We dined exclusively at the Posh Club during our stay, and the food was absolutely exceptional, creative, flavourful, and consistently of the highest quality. Drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection and skilled bartenders. From start to finish, this was a flawless experience. White Hills Resort exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended. There are too many names to mention from chefs to the bar team, but in Posh Club, Mohamed (Titto), Issac, Nourhan, Tamer were all incredible.

I had a wonderful experience during my second stay at the hotel. The clean and modern design made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The area is perfect for taking pictures, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was exceptional! Fast, attentive, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pools were well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall joy of our vacation. I also want to mention an improvement since my first visit. During my first stay, I was disappointed by the lack of direct access to the sea from the beach, so only a bridge was available. However, this time, I noticed that stairs were added to provide easy access to the sea in shallow waters, which was fantastic. It allowed me to go with my children without any difficulty, and I truly appreciated this thoughtful improvement.

I was traveling with a baby and using a stroller, but unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable due to accessibility issues. The elevator next to my room was not working, so I had to either carry the stroller and baby down the stairs or walk a long way to reach a working elevator. I believe the reception should have taken into account that I was traveling with a baby and assigned a room with better access to a functioning elevator. This would have made my stay much more convenient and safe. Additionally, I was uncomfortable seeing alcohol being served and consumed in areas where children.

the staff is great, the food is great, the view is great, the pool is great. The room is a bit dirty, I moved the bed a little bit and there was a bunch of rubbish under it.

there was a door in the wall to the next room, so audibility was excellent; in the next room there lived a couple with children who screamed until one in the morning, it was impossible to sleep. For this money, it is necessary to accommodate families with children in the last rooms.... But all the neighbors I met complained about these children, so I think it wouldn’t help much if their room was on the last one.
