The check -in was quick, staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was ok and the rooms were clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all. There was a dip in the center of the bed.

The staff was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and several people were enjoying it. The kids enjoyed the workout room. Parking spaces are easy to find

There was no hot coffee upon check-in, which the ad states is available. The spa water was not very hot and the water was dirty and gray the desk clerk stated a lot of people had been it. When I changed my clothes, I found a candy wrapper, other trash, and grass in my bathing suit.The breakfast bar: the eggs and the biscuits were cold.

The room was very nice. Quiet even though there was lots of construction nearby. The free breakfast provided was top notch. The bed was comfortable and the TV was easy to figure out. The location was great in spite of the previously mentioned construction. Close to everything we wanted.

Took about 20 minutes to check in as there was no one at the front desk. We found a maintenance man on break who looked around and in the back and couldn't find anyone either. When she finally appeared we were told the elevator was broken (fixed before we left) and our room was on the third floor.

Continental breakfast was great. Room; bathroom needs a little more elbow cleaning....found hair on toliet and floor. More attention to detail. Beds were ok. We had a great time but I am a dirt diva and this property needs a thorough cleaning. Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning, but it was an extremely busy weekend.

The fact that the employees were smoking outside the front door patio and you got hit with the smoke as soon you entered or left the building. Breakfast area needs a little updating, tables and chairs and lighting.

Breakfast was good! The room was spacious and suited our needs! The beds were very comfy!! The only thing was the cleanliness of the room, it was so-so. Since everyone was so nice and accommodating, it was nothing to complain about. Overall, the stay was great and staff was wonderful!!! We enjoyed the pool and our stay was comfortable!! Would visit again!

Staff was very nice and helpful. There was always coffee and cookies available in the lobby, and breakfast was great! Just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool was warm and opened up to an area outside to sit and sun. Rooms were pretty clean and in good condition. It was easy to find, free parking, and fast and easy check in.

The bed I slept in was pretty hard and not very comfortable. The ice machine was broken on our floor. That's about it everything else was great.

My friend and I loved the hot breakfast and the selection of other breakfast items. The cheese sticks were perfect with the fruit. When we arrived it was my friend's birthday and the nice elderly female employee brought her a muffin with a candle and sang happy birthday to her! That little gesture made her day! Our room in the second floor was perfect! We had a view of the park across the street and at night, we could see the blue Christmas 🎄 tree!

The pool was not in use. Repairs were being made. The smell of chlorine was so overpowering you could smell it all over the first floor. No wonder the doors were open to it. I would like to see 4 of the little coffee packets in the room. We get up at 5:00;am and there was only 2.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, location close to everything in Helen. The staff were super friendly. Only downsides, we were there 4 nights, never received housekeeping, had to take out our own trash, put used towels in the hallway. Other guests were doing to same, towels and trash bags in the hallway. Towels in the swimming pool were never there, had to go and ask front desk. The only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. Breakfast was good, but it was the exact same each morning.

I liked the location, the staff was very helpful, and the bed was comfortable . Pull out couch was also comfortable.

Thin walls, the sheets on the pull out sofa had not been changed. Medicine in sofa. No conditioner in the shower. Living room had crumbs on the floor. They were busy so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Breakfast food could have been hotter also.ĺ

Erica was really quick and helpful during checkin. We reserved an accessible room and got a nice king room with an excellent ADA bathroom. We loved the great shower head that rotated. The lighting was good and the bed was very comfortable

It would have been nice if there was a shelf in the bathroom to hold the towels, the countertop was not large enough to hold them. Also, it would be nice if the lamps had built in chargers for phones.
