Room was clean, more than enough for what we needed, with a private bathroom, plenty of space for bags and ideal for 2 nights. The location was great, in a lively spot close to the river, with easy access to everything we wanted to do during our short stay in Budapest. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier than scheduled as the room was ready, this was a last minute booking and they managed to accommodate us very well.

There's a nightclub in the same building with the dancefloors in the central patio area and the party finishing at 6am - the property advised us of this, as a guest you actually get free entry to the club which is nice of them and to be fair, the bedroom windows do manage to block the majority of the noise out. Personally we didn't mind the club, and we were only there 2 nights Saturday and Sunday and Sunday the club is closed, however I do think it's worth being aware of this in case you're not comfortable with this situation or you're staying there longer and have the party going on all week.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They advised on parking near the hotel and helped us recover my son's headphones, which he left in the room at check out. The room was modern looking and clean. The location was great, very close to one of the bridges over the Danube and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Even though we arrived on a Friday night and the club downstairs was booming with loud music, we didn't hear a thing in our section and room, it was soundproof!

Bathroom amenities were scarce (toilet paper and hand soap); it would have been useful having shower gel + shampoo + conditioner as well. The entrance (especially at night) seemed sketchy - we had to walk up to the first floor as the elevator doesn't go to the ground floor at night. Thankfully, the hotel was very safe despite our initial impression.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Full Moon Budapest. The location was amazing, close to the metro station, train station and multiple tram stops. It was surrounded with places to eat and drink, so we had multiple choices without the need to go anywhere further. The staff were very polite and helpful, ready to answer any demand of ours. The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillow were super comfortable, it was a quite room and the heating system was superb considering our period of travel. The district where the Full Moon is located is a great one, and we felt safe even during late night hours. Would highly recommend staying at this hostel.

The room booked wasn’t so appealing as in photos. The bathroom was very dark, small, with a dirty shower curtain. The wardrobe was of metal and the door easily opening 1 cm to bed. You could easily see un the room through keywhole. All seemed more like a come and go place, with baggage rolling all night in the hallways. No music heard from the bar downstairs. Yet very close to the Parliament.

Friendly staff, nice central location, everything was clean, vinyl flooring instead of the usual hotel carpets, good breakfast options, beds were comfortable, room was air conditioned, large windows let in lots of natural light

I was very reluctant to book at first but i tell you what it was a great experience Felt like a 5 star hotel The facilities are literally like your at home Washing machine/electric hob/cutlery/coffee machine/ironing board/iron/ and much more I would definitely be back here when visiting budapest again Everything was clean and the wellness area is great aswell

We had a roadtrip through Budapest and we were late for check in to the hotel, but the reception greeted us with the utmost respect and kindness, and even gave us free breakfast since we needed to have two rooms, etc... I will definitely visit Full Moon again! 🥰👌

We were there on a Saturday night. We arrived around 2 o'clock; the hotel is just adjacent and/or above 2 to 4 nightclubs crammed in the same building...so there was a lot of music. But, it was our fault for arriving on Saturday! I understand 😁

Very cool location. all attractions are within a 5-minute walk. The room for two is comfortable with a beautiful view from the window. The ceiling is high, the windows are large and their architectural quality has been preserved. an interesting hotel in its architectural design. It will be good for young people that there is a disco in the middle. I am in this hotel for the second time. and this time there was no music in the room at all. I recommend the hotel!

The location is perfect, right in front of the bridge that gives access to Margit Island, 20 min walk from the jew neighborhood. And it's very close to Danubio River, where we could have pleasant walks. There's a party almost everyday in the ground floor of the building, but I asked for a quiet room and it works perfectly. The neighborhood is also full of bars and restaurants. There's a turkish restaurant right beside the hotel.

The hotel was located well within the walking distance of major attractions. The room was located above the disco but we didn’t hear much noise. I wish the shower was a bit better and spacious.

I wish they had a bit more variety in the breakfast. Although, the staff were really friendly and sweet.
