First of all, it was a very dog-friendly hotel without an additional cost <3 The staff was friendly and truly helpful so you felt like coming home. The room we stayed in was big and nicely furnished. Our room was also nicely separated from any others, which would have been nice for a longer stay. The shower was good, big enough, and everything worked well. Breakfast was perfect offering variety of items that didn't seem to be always available at other Italian hotels. Friendly staff was prepared to help there too. There is also an excellent multi-cultural restaurant next door offering lovely food.

In the evening it was not so quiet in the room as from some other bar or similar there was a lot of noise through the single door. It might be good to have another door to somehow separate outside voices. Probably due to the time of the year, but it would also have been nice to control the AC as now it was too hot during the night.

This reasonably priced hotel is located in the heart of downtown Padova. The hotel has arrangements with a nearby indoor garage (only a two-minute walk away) where cars can be parked for a daily fee. Room was adequate in size. Hotel staff members were warm and friendly. The free breakfast offers a good variety of items and excellent coffee.

WiFi was inoperable throughout the evening and into the morning hours. Room air conditioner barely trickled out cool air. July is a hot month and the room temperature hovered in the +80°F (+27°F) range all night. In spite of these shortcomings, I would stay at this hotel again because of its reasonable cost, location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

The location is superb, very close to major piazzas, cafes, restaurants, shops, and outdoor markets. The hotel is very close to bus routes to the train station, near Teatro Verdi. The station is within walking distance, but it's good to have the bus option if you have luggage. My room was spacious, with lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and made sure I had a room at the quiet end of the building. The breakfast offerings are more than sufficient to ensure a good start to the day. This hotel is a good option for a pleasant stay.

The handheld shower should be set higher, so that one can stand under it. The bracket provided was very low, near the edge of the bath, and would not hold the shower head in place. It was difficult to shower with only one hand, while trying to keep the shower head from wetting the bathroom floor.

Location fantastic. Great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Access to old town less than three minutes walk. Staff super friendly and helpful when required. Straightforward twenty minute walk from transport hubs. A small thank you gift on departure a pleasant and appreciated surprise

Nothing to dislike though bedroom and bathroom adequate but a bit on the small side. Breakfast room tiny only 5 tables so although fresh and well presented breakfast choice very limited.

First of all , the staff was absolutely wonderful. The lady on reception, the gentleman at breakfast were just so warm, attentive, helpful obliging and generous. Genuinely NICE . Not corporate nice. The hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and more than adequate . Served until 11am. Bedroom was perfect, bed comfortable and lovely bathroom. The location is central in the old city, adjacent to restaurants to all sights. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here, ( if they have room) when I return to Padua.

The hotel location is for sure its highest quality, you can walk to most main attractions in the city.

The breakfast could be improved, it's very simple and you cannot serve yourself the coffee as it's behind the counter so you need assistance from a staff. However, they are not all the time there in the room, so you need to wait until somebody comes to order coffee...

Close to historical center and very walkable to all sights. Super great breakfast. Small but cozzy. Very attentitive and friendly guests. We liked it very much.

There are restaurants and bars around, which could be great if are hungry, but there is some noise in the evening. Luckly, they shut down around 11pm.

Excellent location within walking distance to everything. The staff were welcoming and friendly, offering support for anything I needed throughout my stay. They even let me leave my bags with them after checking out so I could continue exploring before my train. The room was spacious and comfortable and the free breakfast was appreciated.

The location was very central, within walking distance of the bus/train station and close to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choice and refreshments were also available in the afternoon for guests. The room was extremely clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit small for 2 people.

The hotel is situated behind the main squares of Padova. Close to the city center. It is nearby a lively square with good option for food. The breakfast was rich with many different options including a section with gluten-free product.

The room are not as spacious as in other places, still for us it was expected since the hotel is located in a "palazzo" of the old city.
