The facility is spacious and location is perfect . We booked accomodation and we got accomodated

1. The rooms especially Bathroom were not clean by the time we checked in. The bathroom was very untidy and was not cleaned even the next day. 2. WIFI was poor 3, I have not yet received the REFUND the hotel was to refund after double deduction was made on my card

Everything in this Hotel was superb except the breakfast.

The receptionist could not talk on phone to give directions saying he was busy. Yet this was my first time ever to be in the US. My phone was not working and I felt lost

Convenient location. Well appointed room and of good size. Fair breakfast (cereals, toast, fruit muffins etc)

Nothing really (but a long screw lying on the carpet suggested it hadn’t been well cleaned.

The room has a microwave and fridge. The beds are comfortable and clean. The person responsible for room service kept it tidy up to our expectations.

The front desk clerk was not present at the time of check-in around 7:30 pm. Which caused some trouble with my appointment that I planned to attend at 8:00 pm right after check-in. The next-door patron was noisy until 3:30 am.

The rooms were great, the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean.

Although the inside of the room was clean, the hallways and entrances were not. What made me more upset and because of that I won't go back there was because the shower in the bathroom wasn't working and nobody can fix it and you can't take a shower, a big absurdity!

Good location and reasonable price

- Parking area need to be fixed. It was too rough and irregular - It was nonsmoking room however "The strong smell, like tobacco smoke, filled the room and gave me a headache."

Good place to stay for a night, clean and well maintained. Good thing is you can have early breakfast here and start your day early to if you’re on vacation to explore New York

Clean rooms and comfortable

They have free breakfast but you get nothing good the pictures showing it is misleading .

Front desk was always very helpful. House keeping comes by everyday around 11am.

The sheets were worn, cigarette burns and ink stained. An investment in new bedding would be helpful for their business. The stairs going up to the front doors made it difficult for my luggage. However, a nice gentleman helped me bring them up.
